Come and enjoy the vacation you have always dreamed of in our completely remodeled condominium! Unit 906 is located on the 9th floor with wonderful gulf and bay views. This is the largest 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit offered at Edgewater with 1305 square feet. Bring the family to relax and enjoy Edgewater's 420' of private beach. Our beautifully decorated gulf front condo has everything you and your guests need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. Professionally decorated and accessorized with all new tile floors, new carpet and paint, designer lighting, custom glazed cabinets, exotic African granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and all new designer furnishings and luxurious linens. Included in the living area are a large leather sectional sofa, and leather dining chairs in the dining area.

Our unit boasts a KING BED in master and 2 QUEEN BEDS in the guest bedroom with custom made bedding and 600 thread count sheets. Enjoy the 42" FLAT SCREEN HDTV in the living area and the TV's in every room with DVD and VCRs. For your enjoyment we have included a DVD and VCR library and Sony stereo with iPod port/CD player. A new full size washer and dryer are included for your added convenience. Our unit has new balcony dining for 6 guests overlooking the pools and gulf.

Edgewater has an on site state-of-the-art fitness center with dry sauna. Edgewater has 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a toddler splash pool, and a heated spa. Edgewater does have a HEATED POOL during the cooler months! We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill. You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.

Famous for our Snowbird Club, our guests enjoy planned daily activities. Edgewater also has many nightly activities for our winter guests.

The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.

Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Book a 1/2 or full day private fishing charter on one of the many boats located at the marina and harbor.

Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.


Our condominium is "NO SMOKING". Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
