The house is centrally located in Tarpon Springs just north of Clearwater beach. It is one of the oldest cities on the Florida West Coast. The Greeks first settled this area around the turn of the century and started the Sponge Diving Industry. An excellent stay in a very comfortable, well equiped home. An easy walk to a great park for cook-outs, swimming, bird watching, kite flying, and great kids playgrounds. The host was very accommodating. All in all, a great home away from home.

In considering several properties for my vacation, 709 Anclote was literally perfect in every way..The location is 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach and park, which for children and pets is ideal...Shopping and restaurants also just a few minutes away..Clearwater beach about 20 minute drive..The house itself was immaculate, and no bugs whatsoever, which was my worry..the pool is spotless, and amazing after a long day at the beach...The furnishings are very comfortable, modern, and the house is very well equipped with everything under the sun, whether it be televisions, cordless phones, and plenty of linens and towels..The host is very accomadating to any and all needs, and i will certainly be back again...Ps...its on a dead end street, with no noise, and plenty of peace and quiet, for a relaxing stay....This house is a sure thing.....

Our second-year stay was as great as the first year; and, we're already booked for next year. This home is an ideal 'home away from home' and the floor plan works as comfortably when our houseguests arrive. The walking distance to wonderful beaches and park location is top priority for us (and our chocolate lab)..with bikes and kayak in the garage, we take our pick daily based on level of activity we want. Tarpon Springs is a casual old town with charm and personality ...yet, near enough to plenty of Tampa/St. Pete and Clearwater Beach action. The landlord really 'aims to please' and quickly responds to most any request..... in a fun and friendly way..

Thank you for the wonderful two months we spent at your Tarpon home. You have created a very appealing and comfortable place to spend the winter. We especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and the delicious grapefruit from your backyard tree. Another plus is that the home is located in a quiet residential area where regular folks live and there is no traffic. Just about every day we rode your bikes or walked to Howard Park with it's wonderful beach and birdwatching. We will certainly stay with you again when we return to Florida.
