1,350 Sf Townhome Near Campus & Downtown
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:Yes
- Wheel chair accessible:No
This 1,350 square foot condo is my personal weekend getaway but I rent it when not using it. The unit is a bright 2-story end-unit with 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath + Loft. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and upstairs has 2 bathrooms and all the sleeping areas. Each bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has 2 twin beds. It's very comfortable for two couples and two children (or two single adults), but I don't recommend putting more people unless it is a close group and someone is willing to sleep on a couch.
There is also a 2 car garage and a garage door opener for your use. The property is off of Forest Meadows Drive so it is very close to Campus and only a $6.00 cab ride to downtown (3.5 miles).
Amenities include cable TV, DVD and Playstation 2 (with some games). New carpets and flooring just installed.

This place is exactly how the owner describes it. Its spacious, clean and homely. The owner (Hugh) is very helpful and allowed us to change one of our days at late notice without charge. I know that some places would not be as accommodating. We were a party of four adults and the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout upstairs was perfect and the heating is easy to use for those chilly nights which can start in October, although the daytime temperature was still in the seventies. The scenery around Flagstaff is fabulous and is a great base for touring the Grand Canyon, Momument Valley and Sedona amongst many other choices The owner also supplies information on other tourist sites with maps and brochures which we found very useful. I would definately reccommend this house as an ideal place to stay in Flagstaff and we hope to return one day. Kind Regards Kaz from the UKRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

My friends and I stayed for a week at Mr. O'Donnell's property. He made sure everything was provided that was necessary for a pleasant stay. The property is quite comfortable and is very reasonable for the price. We enjoyed a hike in the Grand Canyon south rim, Sedona and Williams. He provided hiking journals and maps for all the excursions we needed. Each day we experienced new parts of the area. To top it all off, the last day there we finished the toughest marathon in the southwest. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Mr. O'Donnell. We look forward to doing it again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

we have stayed here numerous times. The home is clean, comfortable and in a great location. There is a small yard, and sitting patio. The space is gracious and well layed out. We have stayed in numerous locations in flag over the past 7 years, and once we found this place, we never stay anywhere else! There is also a nice little walking path in the nearby tree area. looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is a lovely house in a great location, close to NAU and shopping areas. I contacted the owner at short notice to rent this property and he was extremely helpful. The property was just as advertised. Lots of room to spread out, good kitchen with lots of kitchen gadgets to use, a nice supply of cling wrap, foil, sandwich bags, kitchen towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap & toilet paper....which is less to have to bring. My son loved the game console and the plentiful supply of movies. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The showers had plenty of power and lots of hot water available. The area is very quiet with no loud road noise and certainly no train noise. One of the nice features of this property is the use of the garage with garage door opener. It was great to just pull into the garage and unload (or load) the cases and shopping. This would be fantastic asset in the bad weather. The barbeque was nice too, located in the small enclosed courtyard. We sat out in the sun while the food cooked, quite pleasant...much better than a small hotel room. The only thing I would like is another small side table in the master bedroom (I put my phone on the floor)...but that is a very minor drawback. Overall, this property is excellant on space, amenities, location and price. The owner is one of the most helpful I've ever worked with. This is a good choice for a get-away to Flagstaff...I'm so glad I found it and hope to return.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We decided last minute to celebrate Christmas a couple of days late with family up in Flagstaff this year - we usually stay in hotels because the cousin has cats and we are allergic. We were able to rent this property for less than we would have spent at a nice hotel and it was well worth it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make Christmas dinner, save kitchen towels (paper towels were on hand as a substitute), and all appliances were in great condition. It was so nice to have a gas range and a dishwasher! Outside was a perfect little hill for our 10 year old to sled on, and inside was nice and cozy for our newborn! The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was clean. The fireplace was nice and cozy to sit in front of after a long day of playing outside in the snow! The condo is only a couple hundred square feet smaller than our home, so it was easy to get privacy and sprawl out.The location was also very nice - close to everything yet private and quiet! We loved this place and plan to stay here exclusively when we visit our family in the future!! Highly recommend!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Very nice, comfortable and clean condo. Everything you need for a stress free stay. It was easy to relax here and not feel like you had to be on the run to get out. I visited AZ to drop off my granddaughter at NAU. When I return to visit, I'll check the availability here first.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This was our first trip to Flagstaff, and we really enjoyed staying in this townhome for three nights. It was very cozy especially since the weather was so cold during our trip, but very enjoyable. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We would love to stay here again if we were in the area, and I would definitely recommend this rental.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed staying in this townhome for the week. Is is very nice and well kept, easily big enough for two couples and two singles, or two children. We loved that there were enough bathrooms that the six of us didn't have to fight for them. Everything we needed was there and we were so close to everything. The owner was very nice to work with, very laid back and friendly. Thank you for everything! If we ever come back to Arizona, we would definitely stay there again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
