Location: Flagstaff, Main Arizona (excludes Phoenix, Tucson & South AZ), Arizona, USA (Near Campus and 3-1/2 miles from Downtown)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

This 1,350 square foot condo is my personal weekend getaway but I rent it when not using it. The unit is a bright 2-story end-unit with 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath + Loft. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and upstairs has 2 bathrooms and all the sleeping areas. Each bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has 2 twin beds, and the sofa folds out into another queen bed. It's very comfortable for two couples and two children (or two single adults), but I don't recommend putting more people unless it is a close group and someone is willing to sleep on the fold-out sofa.

There is also a 2 car garage and a garage door opener for your use. The property is off of Forest Meadows Drive so it is very close to Campus and only a $6.00 cab ride to downtown (3.5 miles).

Amenities include cable TV, DVD and Playstation 2 (with some games). New carpets and flooring just installed.

  • We were very happy with our 3 night stay here. We were travelling with 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo, which was very nice, allowed privacy for everyone and plenty of room to spread out and relax; much better than the 2 hotel rooms we would have had to rent otherwise. The owner was extremely easy to work with and we would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone wishing to stay in the Flagstaff area.

  • We recently stayed in this condo for two nights and loved it. Flagstaff is a beautiful community, and this rental was just the right size for our family with 3 boys. My only suggestion is to add a few things to the kitchen such as a toaster, more silverware (we were constantly having to clean spoons to use), and a salt and pepper shaker. Other than that, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks!
