(no groups or sub-lets please) It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with off-street parking for four cars and typically ample street parking. House is 3000 sq feet, 1500 sq feet on each living floor.
The quiet wide, deep water dock has two boat slips, swim ladder and offers excellent swimming from the dock (the water is7 feet deep even at low tide). There are two deep water boat slips.
The house is conveniently located within 5 blocks of the town’s beaches, tennis courts and playgrounds.
The second floor includes wrap-around decks, large airy living room/dining room area with open views of the water, a fully-equipped see-through kitchen, a connected family room, full bath and one bedroom (queen bed).
The first floor includes a master bedroom (king bed) with water views, screened porch, separate sitting room and full bath; 3 additional bedrooms (one with king bed and ensuite bathroom, two with two twin beds with shared bathroom). |
