This lake house is a great size for one or two families together. It has a large upstairs family room (800 sq.ft.) that is filled with books, games, TV, stereo and a ping pong table. There is also a family room downstairs so that adults and kids can have their own respective areas. There is a big back yard for volleyball, horseshoes or playing on the swing set and sand box.
There is so much to do around the house, you won't need to leave to find activities.
Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Boyne City. 10 minutes from Walloon. 30 minutes to Charlevoix, Petosky, Harbor Springs, and Gaylord. One hour from Traverse City and Mackinaw. You can do it all from this one spectacular location.
Just across the lake, is Boyne Mountain Resort. Enjoy world famous golf, skiing, dining, and spa. Avalanche Bay, inside the resort, is the largest indoor waterpark in the midwest.
