A two bedroom, two full baths located on the 7th floor of the beach front Westwinds building. Each bedroom has spectacular views of the beach. Westwinds is known as the crown jewel in the Sandestin Resort.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large private bath. The master suite comes equipped with a TV and DVD player, not to mention the wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico with a private entrance to the beach balcony. The second room has a queen size bed, TV and DVD, and a large floor-to-ceiling windows for a fabulous view of the beach!! The living room sofa turns into a full size bed. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the emerald waters of the gulf splash against the gorgeous white sand.
In addition to the beach, the building is a gated building facility with private covered parking. It has a fully equipped exercise room, gulf front swimming pool, baby pool, hot tub surrounded by tropical landscaping and waterfall, and a large lounging deck area. Sandstin Resort is by far the most beautiful resort in all NW FL and all its amenities are truly world class. With over 2,600 acres of breathtaking landscaping, there is something for each person of the family to enjoy. We stayed in this condo for the first time the last week of September. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. View was beautiful and all photos were very accurate on the website. The Westwinds building was very nice and clean. Was very pleased with the owners help. At the time we were there they did have 2 chairs, no umbrella. We purchased one at WalMart for about $25. The only con I would say was about 5 days into our vacation the beach staff informed us we could only place our chairs and umbrella in a very already crowded area. Was a little unsure why we had not been informed of this when we had been in the same place all week. That was a little frustrating to be told where we could put our things because we chose not to rent their chairs (which were quite expensive). Would definitely go back and stay and would highly recommend.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was our second year in a row staying in this location. My wife and I have 3 young children and the accomodations and location are perfect. You overlook the hot tub, main pool, baby pool and beautiful beach - pictures accurately reflect reality. The sand is as white as can be and the water is that perfect bluish green you would expect from this location. You can enjoy the beach and resort accommodations and you are literally minutes away from the Baytowne Wharf where you can enjoy great dining experiences as well as entertainment. I would highly recommend this location. We will be back again next year!!!!!
