This is a beautiful home (2000 sq ft)with plenty room for 12 people. The house surrounded by beautiful ficus tree for your privacy. It is well equip and stock with everything you need. You won't need anything but your clothing. High end furniture and comfortable beds are everywhere in the house. The pool is heated (heated fee may applied), gas grill provided, and lots of space for you to hang out almost every room in this house. A rental car is an optional for this house because of a perfect location. Located only 2 block away from Man Chinesse Theatre and all kinds of restaurants, shopping malls, museum, sight seeing, groceries, everything you can thing of Hollywood is nearby. Or a quick drive to almost all LA famous place like Universal studio, sunset strip, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Studios and most museums.
It is a great alternative stay in Hollywood with a home feel to it. A perfect place for family or large group of family without breaking the budget. A must see property.

The benefits of staying in this house is you won't need to rent a car to explore Hollywood city. It is only 2 block away from the Hollywood Man Chinesse Theater or Kodak Theater. Everything you need such as grocery store, starbucks, restaurants, shopping mall, Bank branch office that open 24/7, or even an emergency clinic is within 2 to 5 minutes walking from the house. You will enjoy this city without being stuck in a traffic a lot, I guarantee.

I am originally from Indonesia and My husband is from Indiana. My husband was already living in this house before I came to US in 1997. We met here in Los Angeles and bought the house in 2000. At first we didn't realize how fast is Hollywood city grow. Back then there was no Kodak theater and no other cool places around. As years pass and the city has grow, we realize that it would be nice to have the house for tourist since it is located only 2 blocks away from the main tourist place in Hollywood. So we decided to have this vacation home business and share our warm and cozy home we used to live in to everyone from all around the world. Since we started in 2006 until now, we have had people from everywhere in the world. We love doing this and love to pleasure our client to have their best vacation in Hollywood. We are hoping that you will enjoy this house as much as we enjoyed living here.

A beautiful home. We had a larger group that was more than comfortable in this home. Amazing pool area. Owners are very nice-the experience exceeeded our expectations.
