Our spacious and sunny home in a quiet established neighborhood is the perfect place to spend your vacation on beautiful Lake Norman. Conveniently located off I-77 at exit 36 in Mooresville we are minutes from all the shopping and dining you could want yet wonderfully secluded, nestled amongst pines on a peninsula which affords a water view out of every window.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath with shower and a patio door to the deck with a magnificent lake view. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast nook. The bright sunroom has a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 with plenty of room for family activities. There is a large deck off the sunroom with picnic table and Adirondack chairs for cooking-out and enjoying the sunshine or an evening sunset.
You’ll find our home kid-friendly with a level lot for easy access to the dock and wide steps into the water. And when you are not’t splashing in the lake you can enjoy a game of croquet on the large lawn while the kids play in the sandbox or on the climber and slide.
The dock features a large covered gazebo over the water with lounge chairs and a picnic table—just bring your cooler and spend the day relaxing on the water. There is a boat slip, too, so bring your boat or rent one nearby.
