Our spacious and sunny home in a quiet established neighborhood is the perfect place to spend your vacation on beautiful Lake Norman. Conveniently located off I-77 at exit 36 in Mooresville we are minutes from all the shopping and dining you could want yet wonderfully secluded, nestled amongst pines on a peninsula which affords a water view out of every window.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath with shower and a patio door to the deck with a magnificent lake view. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast nook. The bright sunroom has a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 with plenty of room for family activities. There is a large deck off the sunroom with picnic tables, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs for cooking-out and enjoying the sunshine or an evening sunset.
You’ll find our home kid-friendly with a level lot for easy access to the dock and wide steps into the water. And when you are not splashing in the lake you can enjoy a game of croquet on the large lawn while the kids play in the sandbox or on the climber and slide.
The dock features a large covered gazebo over the water with lounge chairs and a picnic table—just bring your cooler and spend the day relaxing on the water. There is a boat slip, too, so bring your boat or rent one nearby.

Jeannie grew up on a lake in the midwest and when she saw the beautiful lot at sunset, the decision was made! We all love skiing, jetskiing and swimming and are having a great time creating memories our kids will cherish forever. We are so glad we are able to share this special place with other vacationers!

The home faces west which means the lake and yard are sunny all day long and the sunsets are spectacular. The beautiful yard is perfect for a game of soccer or bocce ball and the dock and covered gazebo become our home on hot summer days.
