This is a great location- easy to walk to all the sites and restaurants. The home is very comfortable with nice furnishings and the two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit are very private. The house was clean and quiet from the road. The second master suite did experience some noise from the neighbors upstairs especially in the morning but wasn't anything different than you'd experience in some hotels. Overall a very nice experience and we would rent this home again.

Santa Fe was awesome! We took another couple with us and had perfect weather. We ate great (The Pantry, Andiamo, Tia Sophia, Coyote Café, The Burrito Co., The Compound, Coyote Cantina, The Inn at Loretto), played tennis a couple of times, walked around looking/shopping, hiked at Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks, our wives did the Santa Fe School of Cooking class (Traditional New Mexico Cooking I) while we rented mountain bikes from Mellow Velo and went on a three hour ride. The house was approximately 4 blocks off the square, so almost everything was in walking distance. The house, furnishings and art were just lovely. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. A perfect combination of activity, eating and relaxing (didn’t turn on the TV or read the newspaper once). I look forward to going back and staying at this property!

We were a group of two couples and greatly appreciated the location of this property. No need to drive anywhere, the central plaza and canyon road with all it's galleries were a short walk. The bedrooms are roomy with large en suite baths and at separate ends of the unit so it is perfect for two couples. The outdoor patio was used only a couple times but it is a great place to enjoy some sunshine, glass of wine, barbeque etc. The only thing that was surprising was the limited natural light in the common areas of the unit. It is on the ground floor and the windows aren't very large and/or don't have much sun exposure. But really, who cares since you spend little time inside anyway. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative, the price/night was very good considering what you would spend at a Hotel with a similar location. Check out the restaurant at the Inn at Loretto....fantastic and only a couple block walk.

We had such a wonderful time last year, we rented this house again. It is beautifully decorated with lovely kitchen and living area. We visited with another couple, so the 2 master bedroom suites were perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Santa Fe. The location is great with lots of things within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay, perfect in every way. You really felt like you were staying in someone's home - everything was so well stocked and appointed. We ate in far more than out! Everything was extremely clean and spotless. The location can't be beat - its situated right on the river parkway and it takes just minutes to get to the plaza or canyon road. The museum complex is close by and Whole Foods is less than 2 miles away. The owner Laura, was extremely helpful in arranging the rental and with suggestions for our visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would most definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful townhome with comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen that is perfect for preparing culinary treasures from the Farmers Market. Situated in a great location for walking to the Plaza and Canyon Road or local bus service to surrounding areas. We enjoyed day trips to the Albuquerque museums, Bandelier National Monument, Jemez Springs, and Taos as well as the fall foliage views on the drive to the ski basin. We would definately stay at this townhome again and really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe.

This is a very well-appointed condo in a nice part of town within walking distance of everything you'll want to see. Very clean and comfortable with two big bedrooms, a great patio, lovely kitchen and even a garage for the car. There's plenty of room for two couples and it was a wonderful place to come home to after a day of sightseeing or hiking in beautiful Santa Fe. Laura was a pleasure to deal with and we'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property is exactly as described. It was located within walking distance of the Plaza and Canyon Road. The property is beautifully decorated and clean and accommodating. The owner gave extra tips on things to do and places to eat. She was very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and would highly recommend this property. The 2 beds were large and very comfortable. We had a perfect vacation and would love to be able to come back again and stay at this same property.

This property is extremely comfortable and the layout of the condo is perfectly suited for two couples. The location could not be better - it is so convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as having easy access to major traffic arteries. The decor is tasteful yet cozy and the patio area is great for outdoor relaxing. Laura is absolutely the most helpful and most organized property owner I have ever encountered in using VRBO. This is definitely where we will stay for any future trips to Santa Fe!

Magnificent! Beautiful! We enjoyed the house so much. This home is a true treat. It is decorated perfectly, having made my career in Interior Design, I can't say enough. The living area has 2 separate areas, that gave us two comfort options. We never ate at the dining room table, the outside patio was just too inviting. We enjoyed drinks at the Loretto, dinner at Galistro Bistro, ( where we could have dined every night, it was perfect!), margaritas on the patio at the Inn of the Anasazi, just to name a few things we did. Thanks so much Laura and Bob!!

From the moment we walked into this lovely condo, we felt like it was "home!" It was great to be able to walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just prepare a cozy meal right there! We arrived with two pre-teen kids and it was very nice to be able to allow them to relax while my husband and I relaxed outside on the lovely patio! It was equally great to be able to wash clothes and even use the outside grill when we chose to "stay in" for the evening! All in all Santa Fe was an awesome place to visit, and this condo made our trip even more enjoyable! It was definitely worth every penny...

This condo was perfect and exactly as the owner described. It was perfect for the two couples. The two master bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo, which was lovely and gave each couple tremendous privacy. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. I can only give a rave review for this beautiful condo. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Santa Fe. We really enjoyed being with easy walking distance to downtown Santa Fe. We strolled into the Square for dinners, shopping and/or getting a Hagen Daz ice cream to enjoy in the Square park. The whole condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for a Southwest vacation. Many thanks to the owners for giving us a rental that exceeded our expectations.

We just spent a week at this wonderful property (2 couples) and could not have been more pleased. Great location so you can easily walk to Canyon Road galleries and Plaza. Condo is decorated with beautiful Southwest artwork and very comfortable furniture and beds. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home for privacy. It is also very clean. This is a quiet location so very relaxing to come back after a day of browsing to unwind and get ready for dinner at one of the many great restaurants -- or cook in the well appointed kitchen. The patio is great with a large gas grill. Our only regret is that we could not stay for another week. The four of us enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back next year. The owner is very thoughtful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. So if you are reading this review, I would advise to book your reservation now because I don't think you will find a better property!!! It is just great and Santa Fe is a wonderful place to vacation!

We stayed at this condo for a Mother/daughter weekend. It was spacious, warm, and inviting. It was very well maintained, and spotless! Every extra you could possibly need was provided and accessible. It was centrally located and we could walk to beautiful Canyon Road to visit wonderful galleries, as well as downtown Santa Fe, and MANY excellent eating places. Comparing this condo to a hotel room, we would definately give it a 10+!! The owners could not have been more helpful in providing information about the condo, as well as information about Santa Fe. They were more like the most hospitable hosts you can imagine, rather than landlords, and ready to meet any need we had!! If you are anywhere close to this property, it is a "must" place to stay!!

My husband and I rented the condo with another couple for approximately 2 weeks, and we were all delighted with the property. The 2 large master bedrooms and individual bathrooms allowed complete privacy. The kitchen was high end and the living room comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard even in mid November! The location could not have been more convenient to walk to town, and every morning walk to "Downtown Subscription" (next to Garcia Books) for our morning cappuccinos, chocolate croissants and the New York Times. We enjoyed the margaritas at The Shed; wonderful lunches at La Boca and a memorable dinner at Restaurant Martin. The owners are very helpful and available to answer any questions or help solve any issues. In summary, it was a terrific experience in beautiful New Mexico and we would without question rent the townhouse again on or next visit.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Santa Fe. From the minute you walk into the courtyard you feel like you are coming home. The step down living room is furnished well with touches of Santa Fe art around you. The kitchen with it's Viking stove and Subzero refrigerator are a cooks dream. However, you will not want to spend all of your time indoors as this is just a short, quiet walk to Canyon Road and the wonderful galleries there. Don't forget to stop in for a spot of tea at the Tea House. Laura was a great help in preparing us for the trip and introducing us to some of their favorite eating places. Enjoy, relax, and take in some wonderful sites.

The amenities and location of this lovely property make it a perfect spot for two couples to enjoy beautiful Santa Fe. You do not need the car after it is parked in the property's garage. The Canyon Street galleries and downtown shops and restaurants are an easy stroll. During our August visit we relaxed in the cool night air in the walled courtyard- welcome relief from the heat of our southern cities. The kitchen is well equipped to handle the cooking needs of those who want to create their own meals. For us the corkscrew and cheese knife were sufficient. As a fitness enthusiast, I particularly enjoyed the run along Alameda. All I had to do was cross the street to jog on what must be the best trail in town. The ladies were impressed with how clean the unit was on the inside while the guys made note of the outside maintenance. The decor and high quality southwestern art add much to the ambience The den around the fireplace would be very inviting in the cold weather months. We would recommend this unit as a excellent place to stay year round.

Lovely private patio area right off the living room, perfect for breakfasts and for grilling. Separate bathrooms and (optionally) separate entrances for the two bedrooms. Block away from Canyon Road gallieries, few blocks from plaza. Pull right into the garage with direct access to your vacation home. Highly recommend it; would definitely stay again!
