Moonshell cottage is a no-bank (no stairs) waterfront house located on one of the best beaches on the island. A typical day at Moonshell may start off with coffee on the deck followed by a long walk on the beach. (Be sure to collect the MOONSHELLS, which are white spiral shells with rainbow edges). Grab a canoe and PADDLE your way along the shore OR into town! Check out Winslow's great Downtown...our favorite bakery is Blackbird, which has amazing SUGAR COOKIES for kids! Pick up fresh greens from the Farmers Market and some salmon from Town and Country and BBQ on Moonshell's large deck. End your perfect day with a BON FIRE on the beach (s'mores, anyone?)
No expense was spared at Moonshell - from the soft linens, cozy blankets and flat screen TV to the silk draperies and gourmet coffee maker. The loft is loved by kids and filled with toys and games. Oh, and the wide selection of books and magazines are for when you just want to curl up on the sofa with a glass of wine. Moonshell Cottage is truly a special place to enjoy your island vacation!
