TERRI'S TREASURE PENTHOUSE has 34 feet of unobstructed views of the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) with white powder beach. Beautiful views of birds, boats, beachcombers, kites, parasailers, and all the wonderful sights of a beautiful beach. Volley-Ball net is just out the door on the sandy beach. Owner's volley ball available on loan basis.
Outdoor restaurants are within walking distance on the beach and a nice Tiki bar is on the ground floor of the building near the pool.
Free Boat docks are on a first come, first serve basis at no charge, and storage for trailers are all located across the street from the building. Supermarkets and shopping are within blocks.
Johns Pass village is north about a mile with boardwalks, eateries and shops; to the south is St. Pete Beach and Passa Grill. All charming. Public/City Golf and Tennis in Treasure Island.
Free Computer in apartment for guests personal use. Fireplace (electric) for those Christmas Holidays, and TV's in every bedroom. Living room has 32 inch flat screen on the fireplace mantle.
Parking is anywhere not marked reserved, covered or uncovered, extra parking is across the street. Cars must be registered at lobby receiption desk. Since I own and manage this apartment myself, that is all you will need the recepton desk for as they are not connected to my apartment. All inquires or any problems will be taken care of me or my housekeeper.
This is a self catering apartment. There is a cleaning fee of $150; extra cleaning service is available at renters expense at a nominal price. Coin washer/dryer is located on 2nd floor of building. I do not provide beach towels, but you can bring your own or rent them from the housekeeper of this unit. Also can be purchased at a nearby Dollar Store.
Florida tax is 12%, and a deposit will be required to hold reservation, and to cover breakage, stains and misuse of property. Deposit is fully refundable after inspection passes. (No problems with that so far.) I keep it nice and clean for you.
It is a wonderful family apartment and great for 3 or 4 couples to enjoy. Watch Various Specials. August, September and October, I give "doorbuster" rates.
Minimum rental is 3 nights.

Year Purchased: 2004
Being a lover of the beach, I purchased this penthouse to accommodate myself and my family who has since moved to Texas. Now, since my family seldom uses it anymore, I decided to rent it.
As a retired interior designer, I keep myself very busy managing and maintaining this apartment for my guests and work hard keeping it up to date and comfortable for all to enjoy. My reward comes from the guests who rave about the coziness and comfort of home with "knockout" views and white sandy beaches. Give it a try and I am sure you will love it too.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
I have lived in Treasure Island since 1974 and love the town because it is a little beach town with access to all thirty-some miles of beaches of barrier islands. It has everything one needs for a small town. Beautiful new supermarket, hardware store, banks, restaurants of all classes, sports, boating, parasailing, tennis, golf, parks..........everything! And all close by or within walking distance. Also close to the mainland and a straight shot to downtown St. Petersburg. A ten/fifteen drive to town to see the famous Dali museum, baseball, ice hockey and many more sights, not to mention further up Disney World.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I can walk from my home to the Penthouse so I can make it an easy vacation for myself at the beach. I enjoy it the same as my guests enjoy it. Also, it is more convenient for me to manage.
Much easier than the beach house I owned on North Clearwater Beach. That was a 20 mile one way trip to care for. I like it here better because there is much less traffic and congestion in Treasure Island and other beaches connected to explore. Just hop the beach trolley and pick a beach to visit along the trolley route. Hop on, hop off at your will. It stops in front of the condo's front door, just waiting for you.
