Or, if you prefer, our spacious balcony provides a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the beach, with its gorgeous sunsets, and occasional dolphin sightings on the horizon.

To ensure you enjoy all the comforts of home, you’ll love the full size, well equipped kitchen with new appliances including a large capacity washer and dryer, full size stove/oven/refrigerator, dishes, cookware, microwave, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Other accommodations include a newly decorated master bedroom with new carpeting- 2009, with its own private ½ bathroom and access to a full bath which can be shared with other guests who will find a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The spacious living room also features new carpeting- 2009 - bar seating or a dinette if you prefer, along with two sliding glass doors overlooking the beach. With two TV’s, DVD player, stereo, telephone, high speed internet, games, and even an iron/ironing board so you’ll feel right at home.

This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of 27 units and only three stories high. The pool is large and only a few steps from the front door. Barbeque area next to the pool. Only steps to the beach from your front door.

  • We stayed at the condo July 9-12, 2009 and had a wonderful time. The beach is just steps away. The condo is very clean and well maintained and has a beautiful view of the gulf. The area is perfect- quiet and can drive over to Destin in 10 min. The grocery store was only 2.5 miles away which made it very convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

  • I stayed at the condo in March 2009, and was amazed at the beautiful view of the gulf from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was great and the appliances were all new. Having a full sized washer and dryer was so much nicer than the size in most condo's that I have stayed at in the past. I am already planning my next visit to unit 205 this summer. The beach service was great! We did not have to carry any chairs, they were set up every day for us. It took us only 3-4 minutes from the condo to the beach- which was really nice, no waiting for elevators.. Thanks for a nice relaxing vacation. Terry from Ocala.

  • It was my first to see the ocean and from the deck we had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was a great condo and we are looking forward to coming back in the summer.
