Newly furnished and decorated, our spacious home, located in a lovely canal neighborhood, is just 350 steps (we've counted them) to the world's finest white sand of Crescent Beach, and a short walk to Siesta Key's quaint village for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Bike paths are located throughout the Key.
Our home offers a 4 person spa, three bedrooms plus a den/office (high speed internet and color printer), three full baths, living room, family room, large eat-in kitchen, breakfast nook, and large screened lanai. Beautifully landscaped, maintenance-free yard with your own fruit trees right out your back door. Perfect home for entertaining family and friends. Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and home entertainment areas. Our home is both smoke free and pet free.
Our home is 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport, minutes to over 100 golf courses, five minutes to world-class marinas, shopping malls, theater, art galleries, restaurants, botanical gardens, marine animal parks, and more. Orlando and Disney are just a short two-hour drive.

You have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. All of the home furnishings were great, the queen bed in one of the guest bedrooms was especially comfortable. Found everything we needed._Loved having the gas grill to cook on. The high speed internet was a plus!

If you ever need a reference for a potential renter we'd be happy to do so. You have a wonderful place. My only question is how you can go back to Indy after spending time here? This place would make me want to retire early! It's incredible and I love the village atmosphere. People have been very friendly. The sand on this beach is unlike anywhere I have ever been!
