Take quiet nightly walks through the safe surrounding neighborhood, stroll beautiful Montana Avenue dining in bistro's and quaint eateries, wake up and walk to cafe's for a morning cup of coffee and continue on to Palisades Park or the beach. Two bedroom/2 BA condo (1,000 sf) with updated living room (soon to be featured on Style network). Master BR has king size bed, bathroom and large spacious (mirrored) closet. 2nd BR is an office but has a pull out-sleeper sofa (queen), a sizable closet and bathroom in hallway. The kitchen (stone tile floors) is fully stocked with all dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, a full size refrigerator and includes a microwave & electric stove. The large, totally redesigned living room has all brand new furniture, wallpaper ad paint, 42" plasma flat screen mounted on wall, Cable/DVR/DVD/HBO included. along with a gas fireplace and a large library of books/dvd's. A Wireless Broadband connection (no landline) included. Hardwood floors run throughout the living room and both bedrooms. The bathrooms have stone tiled floors, removable shower heads and ample counter/storage space. The laundry room is located in the garage and has coin operated washer/dryer (2 each). This unit also includes one parking space in a secured garage + street parking (permit included). A balcony is off the kitchen with small table and chairs. Only the upstairs unit shares any common walls/floor with subject unit so there is limited noise from neighbors. Close to Reed Park (Tennis/Basketball/Child's Play), Third Street Promenade, Montana Avenue shops & Cafés, Westwood, UCLA, Santa Monica college, famous restaurants, Venice beach, Pacific Palisades, Malibu beach and Hollywood for great entertainment.
