Your home is minutes away from Comerica Park, Ford Field, MGM Casino, Greektown Casino, Motor City Casino, Cobo Hall, Joe Louis Arena, and the Fox Theatre, If you are in town for business we are located blocks from General Motors World Headquarters, The Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University. Located in historical Brush Park which is two blocks from the Downtown Area and adjacent to I-75, a quick 15 minute ride to the airport.

Walk to Campus Martius Park, catch the nearby bus to The Detroit Institute of Arts, or Windsor Ontario for dinner, This loft is centrally located, No need for a car, everything is in easy walking distance! If you choose to bring your vehicle secured parking is available on site complimentary.

The loft has one complete wall of 9 huge windows to view the magnificent city! It can comfortably sleep up to three adults. The loft has a gourmet kitchen with all Stainless Steel appliances and beautiful cabinets and countertops. It is equipped with a bistro table for four. The floors are heated with state of the art in floor radiant heat. The Living Space is decorated with a beautiful pullout couch, a relaxation chair and a 19 inch TV. Very close attention to detail was used when this loft was designed, it is decorated with all black and white Detroit prints which emphasize the deep history and beauty of the city.

The sleeping area offers a Queen size bed, desk and large closet with California closet shelving. Relax in your 6' whirlpool tub with marble surround or soothe your body in the separate marble shower. After a busy day of site seeing, relax in the loft while watching your favorite programs on the TV. Free High Speed Internet is located in the unit for your convenience along with cable television. Our loft is available for weekend getaways, a weeklong vacation or monthly corporate travel.
