The design of this house gives you many rental options. The house has three levels, the upper and main level may be rented individually or together. The interior stairs for each level has a lock out door to separate levels when renting individually. The lower level is occupied and is not available.
The upper level has its own private bridge entry from parking. This level has 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, small full kitchen and private deck over looking lake.
The main level has 1 bedroom 1.5 baths, full size kitchen and a large covered deck with view of lake.
The wooden decks on the main and upper levels brings you even closer to all of nature, and provides for romantic evenings.
