This immaculately renovated home is our weekend retreat from NYC. We've made sure everything is at arms reach for easily entertaining groups or just enjoying a few days never needing to leave the house.

Enjoy a movie in the surround sound home theater, Cook steaks for 12 on the natural gas grill, sip wine by the wood burning fireplace, or down some frozen cocktails while lounging on a chaise by the heated pool and built-in spa for 12.

The property is equipped with a multi-zone audio system, allowing differing music in the 700+ sq ft master suite, the main house and bedrooms, and the back yard patio. Includes 2 wifi remotes to change your playlists or stations from the pool, tub, bed or balcony.

The house has so much more to explore, you may forget that you are just a few blocks from the beach.

EXTERIOR
The house is an 1890's transitional Victorian. During our renovation we drew inspiration from more modern movements, creating an environment that could be interpreted as Art's & Crafts or Craftsman from a post-modern point of view.

BACKYARD & POOL
Sitting on a corner lot has enabled privacy that is atypical for a home in the City of Asbury Park, allowing guests to sunbathe in seclusion during the day and dress as you like for a late night dip in the spa.

INTERIOR LIVING AREAS
Visitors to the home are always suprised by the spaciousness of the differing environments created in our home. With a swanky lounge that doubles as a home theater in the basement to a sun filled den complete with leather club chairs and a wood burning fireplace you'll find many places to sit and enjoy your stay.

GUEST ROOMS
Although every guestroom has all the trappings of a well appointed boutique hotel, the master suite and guest master suite are truly exceptional. The guestmaster has a lush yet modern appeal with dark wenge woods and floor to ceiling silk blackout drapes. While the master suite is paneled in horizontal slabs of maple with a vaulted ceiling covered in skylights.

BATHROOMS
All of the showers are spa like experiences with the master shower for two pulling double duty as a steamroom. Each is quite a different environment ranging from honed ebony slate to natural finished Spanish travertine and Himalayan sandstone.

- Sauna: Actually its a steam room. Located in the master bath. Heats to 112 and seats 4 comfortably.
