Not only can you see The Village activities, you can see out to the bay and marina, too! It is just steps outside your door to enjoy over 10 restaurants, multiple venues of live entertainment, lovely shops and boutiques and the convention center. Even with the excitement right in front of you , you can close the door and enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this beautiful condo.
The friendly, casual atmosphere welcomes you to sit and relax inside or out. At Observatio Point, the pool area is a hidden secret within the resort. You will love having access to this delightful retreat- peaceful gardens, heated pool, grilling area and a fitenss center with views to the pool area. Whether you are coming to enjoy vacation time or a conference, you are sure to enjoy this great condo in the perfect location within the Sandestin Gold and Beach Resort.
Our condo has three bedrooms and three full baths. It is well-appointed and has everything you need to relax and enjoy. The open floor plan makes it convenient for a gathering of family, friends or co-workers. The living area offers plenty of seating, an LCD TV and stereo.
The master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and full bath nearby. Come and stay at our spacious condo and enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located in the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa and numerous shops!
Amenities: Four LCD TV's, DVD player, stereo, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided ( excluding beach towels), Wi-Fi, and a seasonally heated pool.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY -- No refund will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in the 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning Area' and / or
2. A 'mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning' are of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane WArning' area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered staying in the unit.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and,
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the 'Hurricane Warning' period.
Additional information:
The condo unit will be inspected upon each guests departure. Any stolen or damage items will be reported to the owner and damages will be collected from the rentor.

Condo was roomy and nicely decorated. Beautiful pool area, and balcony gives a great view of happenings at Baytowne. Only complaint was that the noise went on very late in the night. Even with the doors closed and a fan, we still heard voices and music till 2 am. However, if you don't mind the noise it is a great place to stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We were able to spread out family and friends over the course of our three days. We all had such a great time and the weather could not have been more perfect. Plus, on Saturday night there was a fantastic parade and a wonderful jazz band from New Orleans and, we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy it all! The rooms were perfect and the space was amazing!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

An absolutely phenomenal experience. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was recently renovated and is perfect for a family vacation. The centerpiece is the awesome balcony that overlooks the heart of the Baytowne Wharf Village. The proximity to the golf courses, restaurants, marina, and shopping were exceptional. I highly recommend this condo as it is truly one to the gems of Sandestin!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a beautiful condo! It was spacious, comfortable, clean - and in a fabulous location. We really loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the band. It was close to the pool and many great restaurants. We had such a good time - we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this condo to anyone!!!Did you find this review helpful?
