It is just steps outside your door to enjoy over 10 restaurants, multiple venues for live entertainment, lovely shops and boutiques and the convention center. While the excitement is right in front of you – you may close the door – and inside our condo it is quite peaceful.
The friendly, casual atmosphere welcomes you to sit and relax inside and out. At Observation Point, the pool area is a hidden secret within the resort. You will love having access to this delightful retreat – peaceful gardens, heated pool, grilling area, and a fitness center with views out to the pool. Whether you are coming to enjoy vacation time or a conference, you are sure to enjoy this great condo in the perfect location within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Our condo has three bedrooms and three baths. It is well-appointed and has everything you need to relax and enjoy.. The open floor plan makes it convenient for gathering with family, friends, or co-workers. The living area offers plenty of seating, LCD TV, and stereo.
The master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and full bath near by. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Four TV's, DVD players, stereo, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels), Wi-Fi, and seasonally heated pool.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refund will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

Our family loved this unit, so much that last summer (2009). That we have booked it again this summer (2010)! The location is perfect!!

What a beautiful condo! It was spacious, comfortable, clean - and in a fabulous location. We really loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the band. It was close to the pool and many great restaurants. We had such a good time - we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this condo to anyone!!!
