The home has 4 bedrooms including a separate 1 bedroom casita, 4.5 baths and 3349 sq ft of living space.
As you enter the home through a lushly landscaped courtyard, you will find a very open great room area with big screen TV and entertainment unit with comfortable yet luxurious furnishings. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and everything you need (other than groceries!) to whip up a quick snack or to prepare a gourmet dinner.
The bedrooms are nicely appointed with TVs and baths in each room. The separate guest casita is entered through the front courtyard in a separate entrance.
And, of course, there is a fabulous freeform pool, raised spa and waterfall. And to top it off, a built in barbecue, fire pit and lovely patio furniture for those cool nights entertaining out back.
Although the home is only offered through the "off" season, the home faces East so it gets very nice morning sun and shields the intense sun in the afternoon.
