Unit 1509 in Tides on Tops'l Resort is a perfectly updated, luxurious top floor Penthouse for you to spend your Destin vacation! From the entrance hall, you can see straight through the condo to your private, expansive, 15th floor balcony and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. In addition to a teak dining table your balcony includes a casual teak sitting area for you to enjoy your afternoons. From your balcony, your view will stretch from the Gulf all the way back over the lush greenery of the Destin resorts. The living room is decorated with a modern touch and has a fantastic new flat screen HDTV, BLUE RAY and DVD player, and an IPOD docking station - perfect for those evenings spent in. The kitchen has been updated with stone countertops and back splash, new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances - the breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite on the way to a fabulous sun-filled day! You will also find a washer and dryer for your utmost convenience.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen HDTV, BLUE RAY and DVD player, and an IPOD docking station, and the master bathroom has beautiful tile work, a whirlpool tub, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, BLUE RAY and DVD player, and an IPOD docking station, and there is an additional bathroom as well. The sectional sofa in the living room converts into a queen size sleeper, allowing this condo to sleep six people very comfortably.

Also, Tops'l Hill Nature Preserve is upon a National Historic Registry spot (next to Beach Manor on Tops'l Resort) where USA military tested captured German V2 buzz-bomb rockets there in 1944. Several observation bunkers and launch ramps remain on the grounds today.
