We offer a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, plus queen sofa bed, Accommodates up to 6 in comfort and style.
This designer view home with luxury abound brings you the comfort of a luxury hotel with or without all the options. Should you desire daily maid service, personal chef, limo service to and from the airport, Restaurant reservations, daily excursion planning or your grocery shopping done in advance of your arrival....this is the place for you. The comfortable second bedroom accommodates 2 in a cheerful and beachy way. The perfect place to enjoy restful sleep to the sound of the waves crashing! The artful and unique second bathroom also has a shower bath and some very special treasures pulled right from the Pacific ocean by past guests and friends! You will have to see for yourself!
Cable/wireless Internet and digital phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work and family (should you decide) and Cable TV and DVD will keep you entertained in the evening. No fighting for parking at the beach because of your private tandem parking garage, where you will find lots of toys to help you enjoy your stay, such as beach cruiser, boogie and surf boards, beach toys, mats and umbrellas, bachi ball set or even a set of golf clubs should you decide to venture out to the world renowned golf courses that San Diego and La Jolla have to offer.
The Restaurants are amazing in San Diego! From fine dining to fresh caught seafood there is more then many choices for everyone! But if you still would rather cook feel like the chef you are or want to be, with top of the line stainless steal appliances including dishwasher drawers that let you do small loads on their own or run two separate washers at the same time or you can choose to have maid service take care of that for you (all dish and laundry soap is included in your rental fee). Most people say the granite counter tops are the most spectacular they have ever seen and truly are the focal point of the entire. Blue Louise is the granite and has been featured in design magazines throughout the United States but is virtually un-obtainable any longer....truly a master piece that you will not want to miss!
Also included is full Cable/wireless Internet and digital phone line insuring that you can keep in touch with work and family if you like :>) DVD player and a selection of DVD's will keep you entertained in the evening. Or you can play one of the family board games that we offer.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We bought the condo in 2005 and completely restored it. Everything in the condo is brand new, including most of the walls. We lived in it for nearly 3 years while we restored it. The Sand Dollars seen on the counter tops were hand pulled by us from the Ocean. Ask about our San Dollar hunting tips! :>)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Many of our renters are looking for close proximity to Sea World. Our condo is about the closest you can get to the beach AND Sea World but still accessible to downtown in usually less then 15 minute drive.
Our beach condo with ocean view is just steps to the sand!
There is a ton of public parking near the condo. So if you have people visiting you do not need to follow them in your car to help them park miles away!
Our condo is as close to the major exit roads as it can be without being located on them. That means you will not have to sit in as much beach traffic during the busy season and instead can be sitting
Our beach vacation rental is located around the corner from the best little mini market in San Diego....Mission Market! It can be a game to see if there is something that you need that they somehow do

We are software developers who have moved to Las Vegas, NV. We own a small little teacup chihuahua and a lovely Siberian hypoallergenic cat. Our newest addition is our little duck who we resuced recently. My wife is very attentive to the rental and has added a personal touch to everything with a whole lot of focus on the "feel" and comfort of the condo. Our place is set up a bit like a B&B and we give a personal tour of the condo upon arrival.

What can I say??!! The view was fantastic. The condo was meticulously clean and well decorated. I felt like I was was in my own home and not a rental. The amenties were well thought out and much appreciated. Truly, a place to come back to again and again.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was everything we hoped it would be: beautiful, clean, fresh, well stocked, wonderful amenities. We couldn't have hoped for anything else!
