Visit the various historic missions begining with the Alamo in San Antonio or enjoy Fiesta Texas (Six Flags) and Sea World San Antonio only a short 40 minute drive away. Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels
I’ve been visiting the New Braunfels/Lake Dunlap area since I attended college at Southwest. Later, family moved to New Braunfels and I’ve spent many summers and weekends visiting the area. And now my kids are enjoying the same things I’ve enjoyed for so many years.
The whole New Braunfels area has so much to offer – Schlitterbahn, quaint shopping, small town atmosphere, festivals, close proximity to San Antonio. It’s a perfect place to go and enjoy living.
I had been looking on and off for a few years for a place on the lake, and when I found this one, I jumped at the chance. I knew it would be a place I could enjoy for years to come, not only as an adult, but as a parent.
The Unique Benefits at this Lake House
We enjoy swimming and fishing. There is a long dock out in the water, perfect for jumping in the lake. We spend many evenings outside on the patios visiting with family and friends. We've stayed here and driven to San Antonio to take in a Spurs game, visited Gruene, and of course enjoyed tubing down the Guadalupe.
