  This is one of our favorite condos to rent because we never have any complaints :) The decor and furnishings are very tasteful as the rooms are also very spacious. You get the condo, a furnished private balcony with a spectacular view! There are over 16 restaurants within 1 mile and local eateries deliver. Huge gym, hot tubs and plenty of other amenities. There is now free wireless internet for the property :)

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  The unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean except the tile floors needed a good scrubbing. They didn't look dirty but my feet or socks got filthy when walking around in the condo. We only ate breakfast and lunch in the condo-no real cooking which was good because the kitchen was somewhat limited--no measuring cups, only one sharp knife and it was a steak knife. This was not a problem for us and we would stay in this unit again.

  The condo was wonderfully decorated with very few exceptions. The minor problems include numerous light bulbs being out, blender not having a functional lid, a very sandy floor throughout the unit, and lack of directions for Wi-Fi service if desired. The procedure for check-in and check-out was very inconvenient. The major problems were a non-working garbage disposal which began to smell and the long period of time to replace it ( still not done by the time we checked out). Also a problem was the lack of available carts to help transport luggage and other items to the room. We were told that some people kept them in their unit and there weren't any for people to use. A very good unit to rent, but some of the problems kept it from being a great experience.

  The view was great but wasn't very happy with the room. Cleaning took a while longer because the room had been trashed before us. Both bathroom door locks were broke and the guest bathroom door didn't work at all and the master only worked if you turned to the right, the garbage can in the master was broke, the toilet paper holder was broke, alot of lights didn't work, lightbulbs were missing, tv remote in living room wouldn't work good even after batteries were changed, comforter in master had stains on it that were hard and dried and they wasn't hardly any pans to work with or dishes, felt that a $40 charge for internet was ridiculous thought it would be included so we went without, think we honestly came at a bad time, I really feel like it could be a great stay. We won't be back to this condo but it was still great to get away and rest.

  THE CONDO IS FABULOUS!!! OUR FAMILY HAD A WONDERFUL TIME ON THE BEACH AND IN THE POOL. 2308 WAS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY AND WAS VERY CLEAN,IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THERE WAS A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND A LARGE BALCONY TO ENJOY IS FROM. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE BEACH.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Great Condo. It's the best that we have ever stayed in by far. The condo is decorated wonderfully throughout. This is not your common rental condo. It's obvious that the owners set this up for themselves and not renters, but we get to enjoy it nonetheless! The master suite is a delight and the master bath is even better with a large tub and seperate shower. The views from the balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning was a great way to start the day. It's also good that there is a Starbucks in the lobby to help kick start a day. Plus, there's an icemaker in the bar area to fill your coolers each day. Great condo, thanks for the GREAT stay. We plan to make this our new vacation spot.

  This condo is by far the "BEST" I have ever stayed in. Large rooms, hugh bathrooms, closets to die for, a balcony with very comfortable seating and a view, well you can watch marine life swiming in the ocean. This condo is decorated with the best of the best. The mattress and linens will make you NOT want to get out of bed. I can't say enough about this unit. I can't wait to go back. We really enjoyed our stay.

  This Condo is the most elegant ones we have ever stayed in. Everything you could ever need away from home is there. Great ocean view, relaxing atmosphere, and lots of exciting things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back.
