It doesn't get any better than this! We invite you to enjoy this beautiful unit located just one mile down west beach.
The unit was completely remodeled last year. All kitchen appliances are new including the stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. New granite countertops and sink. The bathrooms have new fixtures and vanities. The unit has new tile throughout, even on the balcony.
The living room features a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player and VCR. The master bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV as well.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. New mattress sets on both beds. The sofa features a Lazy Boy sleeper.
The dining table seats six and there are an additional two bar stools. The balcony has a bistro table for two and two smaller chairs as well.
The unit is located on the 8th floor so you have perfect views from the Gulf-front balcony!
Wireless internet is provided.
Parking Passes are purchased from on-site security upon arrival.

We just stayed at this unit from June 28-July 2, 2008 and had a great time! The condo is exactly as the pictures show and just as nice as described by the owners. I highly recommend this unit!
