Launch your boat at the Briarcliff Marina only 1/2 mile from home. Lakehouse Cafe is adjacent. An easy walk or bike ride. Don't have a boat? Rent one by the hour or for the day. I have skis, tube and wakeboard ready for your use.
Enjoy World Class Golf at The Arnold Palmer designed Barton Creek "Lakeside" Course (13 minutes), or enjoy the more laid-back setting of Willie Nelson's Nine hole at Pedernales Country Club Course just down the street.
A full community park with pavilion, basketball court and lots of swings and slides for the young ones less than 3/4 mile away. Basketball and tennis rackets/balls provided.
Home features full two car garage, covered patio with fan, gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit (when there is not a burn ban.) Quiet area, lots of deer/wildlife.
Pace Bend State Park is only 5 minutes away with hiking, swimming, etc. As well as Krause Springs and Cypress Valley Canopy Tours (zipline)7 miles away.
Several places to dine: walk to Lakehouse Cafe near Briarcliff Marina, pick up pizza less than 1 mile away at Lee's on the Lake, drive out to the main road and take the family to Angels which has a playscape, is pet friendly, has live music and karaoke. La Cabana Mexican Restaurant has great fajitas and great service. Poodies Hilltop bar also has food and music, the list goes on!
