Five minutes away is the BRAND NEW National Harbor off the Potomac River which offers 5 star dining and shops as well as water taxis to Georgetown, Old Town Alexandria and Mount Vernon (home of George Washington).

Close by the riverside via the newly constructed Woodrow Wilson Bridge, our home is also newly constructed of pre-cast concrete with a 4 sided stucco finish and a 3 car side load garage. Near perfection, our wooded lot is almost ¾ acres and is on a cul-de-sac with seasonal water view directly across from Tantallon Marina and Tantallon on the Potomac Golf Course. Our spacious and impressive masterpiece is a private haven of luxury offering over 7,600 square feet of living space on 3 fully finished levels.

The main level offers a grand two story foyer flanked by a formal living room and dining room with seating for 6; all with marble floors. A spacious family room, sunroom, morning room, breakfast room, laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a true chef’s eat-in kitchen with all the bells and whistles finish out the main floor. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid Architect Series stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas cook top with commercial hood, 48” side by side refrigerator, wine chiller, double wall oven, built-in microwave, warming drawer and dishwasher, custom made Maple cabinets, granite countertops and travertine floors. The morning room and breakfast room open to the kitchen and offer additional seating for up to 18. For the guest(s) that want first floor living, a private bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath is also conveniently located on the main floor. This level comfortably sleeps 2.

The upper level offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a loft. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and its private spa-like master bath which boasts custom made Cherry cabinets, travertine floors, whirlpool tub and a walk in shower that offers a vertical spa and rain shower head. The princess suite includes a king size bed and its own private bath with custom made Maple cabinets, marble floors, and a whirlpool tub. Two additional bedrooms are in a Jack and Jill style with a shared bath that has custom made Maple cabinets, travertine floors and whirlpool tub. Each of these bedrooms boasts a full size bed with a pull out twin size trundle. The loft offers a full size futon and a twin day bed. This level comfortably sleeps 12.

The fully finished lower level offers a media room with 110” projection TV and DVD Player and black leather media room recliners and chairs, a wet bar with its own wine chiller. Enjoy hours of fun with our 8' pool table, full size foosball table and Harvard air hockey table. One additional bedroom with a full size bed, one den with a full size bed and an enormous modern bath finishes out the lower level. The bath has blue mosaic glass tiles and black marble with a walk in shower offering a vertical spa. This level comfortably sleeps 4.

Of course, guests have the world at their fingertips with State-of-the-art Verizon FiOS internet and video entertainment services. This telecommunications package provides unprecedented connection speeds of up to 15 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload (15/2 Mbps), and delivers over 180 digital channels! All bedrooms and the family room have plasma or LCD screen TVS.

  • Beautiful large home! Three of us stayed here while attending a conference at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort. We felt very spoiled while there and enjoyed the amenities and comfort it provided. Very convenient and about a 15 min. drive to the resort. The next door neighbor recommended "Charlie's", a local restaurant, for dinner which we went to twice while there. Delicious food and the owner and his wife were delightful and made us feel like we had already made new friends in the D.C. area.

  • Where to start? Mike & Lynn were such gracious hosts. Our entire group (3 adults, 7 middle school aged children) had a blast! The hardest part was getting the kids to leave the house to visit the sites in DC! I often rent from VRBO and I am used to bringing disposable products, spices, linens, etc to ensure a comfortable stay -- Mike & Lynn provided it all! If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and FUN home where you can spend lots of quality time with family, feel safe, yet be convenient to all area attractions, this is it!!!
