The Villa is located in the heart of Corona Del Mar, which is part of Newport Beach; yet, it is only a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops in the Corona Del Mar Village. For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away. While for shoppers, Fashion Island is less than a mile and half away and offers some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, the famous Montage Spa is a 10 minute drive.. This seaside Villa is less than 30 minutes from world famous Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Balboa Island is a bike ride away from the Villa where you can view the marina and have access to another beach, more restaurants, and of course more shopping. From Balboa Island you can take a ferry ride to the Balboa Peninsula where you will find the Balboa Fun Zone (arcades, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and more).
