we used to leave int this apartment with our 4 kids.
we enjoyed it very much.
now we are leaving between Argentina and Italie and our kids study. Some in Switzerland other in England and France.
My husband is a scupltor and I am taking car of photographer.

This is a great apartment. My elderly mother in law, wife and our 4 year old stayed with me in this apartment for a month in July 2010. The first surprise is just how spacious the apratment is - this is a true four bedroom two bathroom apartment - the photos do not convey just how spacious all the rooms are. It has a large kitchen with good bench space, dishwasher and all you need to host a dinner party for 8. The second pleasant surprise is the location with the food street Rue Cler one block away, but wonderful brasseries, cheese shops, chocolateers, even closer. Perhaps just as importantly, the open space playground of Champs de Mars is less than 5 minutes walk away (the scooter in the apartment made the park even more enjoyable) and the Eiffel Tower and the Seine are less than ten minutes walk. Buses outside your door take you to the city and elsewhere, the metro is two blocks away, and you are within walking distance of many Paris gems. In fact, you can watch the Segway and fat tyre bike tours go past from the lounge room window. Although not a new apartment - it shows signs of being well lived in - everything works, the owner is both gracious and helpful, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you Madam Guzzo, we hope to stay again.
