Beautiful condo on Lake Windermere built in Spring 2008. Available all seasons with plenty of activities to take part in from skiing to boating to golfing. Short walk to public beach, with miles of walking/biking paths right from the property. Walking distance from restaurants and shops.
New, comfortable and modern furnishings, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Hardwood laminate flooring in den, living and dining rooms; tile in kitchen, entry, bathrooms and laundry room; and carpet in both bedrooms. All linens are included, with luxurious 400-thread count bed sheets and extra large bath and beach towels.
Sink into a couch or kick back on the patio with a book from our library. Entertain yourself with a collection of DVDs to enjoy on one of three televisions including a 47" flat screen LCD in the living room. Or cozy up with family and friends over the assortment of board games available.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all new gadgets and appliances including: toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, mixer and family-size griddle. No need to bring anything but food!
Underground parking available.
Brand new outdoor pool and hot tub have just been finished at the amenities centre within the condo complex! Exercise facilities, sun bathing deck and full showers and locker room are ready to go! Photos to come soon of these new features!

We just stayed at this condo and were amazed at the overall comfort of this spacious home. As a small family we fit in perfectly and cooked for ourselves with ease. The condo is in a great location with scenic views and felt reasonable for the cost. The patio is lovely as well as the ammenities. I hope to return next summer!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We own a condo in this building, but we needed a place for family to stay last weekend. The owners made things very easy (all via email and paypal), and my guests were extremely impressed with this condo. We would definitely rent from them again!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family has stayed here since 2009 and will continue to do so! The acommodations are exceptional and well maintained. Location is key, we are able to walk to James Cabot Beach and Lakeside Pub for "Happy Hour". Ensure you attend the "Farmer's Market" in downtown Invermere on Saturday mornings. The owners are very helpful with any inquiries or concerns you may have. Looking forward to next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This condo is even more gorgeous than the pictures. It is absoulutely fully supplied as advertised. Very close to the beach, pub and wetlands the view is splendid! Bring your binoculors if you are a bird watcher. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The balcony is private. Everything about it is easy and convenient. I have nothing negative to say. A great, relaxing vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We spent 1 week in this gorgeous lake front condo. It was everything we had hoped for and more.The owner's were terrific "hosts", answering any questions in advance of our stay and providing all the information we needed. The fact that the Lakeshore Pub is directly across the street was a bonus. Great atmosphere, food and drink. Spent a lot of time in the sun at Chabot Park, an easy walk from the condo and is also viewed from the balconey of the suite. The condo is central to everything in town. What a lovely home away from home. Beautifully furnished including extremely comfortable beds. Views one nevers tires of. Great location to walk to beach or into town.Lakeside Pub right next door with best fries in town! Visited outdoor pool at the end of every day. Property well maintained.Would highly recommend to friends and family.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

All long weekends must be a 3-night stay. (ie. Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Long Weekend, Labour Day, Thanksgiving)
Property is not available during the winter months - November to April, including Christmas and New Years.
A 50% deposit of the TOTAL amount (including cleaning fee) is required to book a reservation, with the remainder of the total due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
A $150 cleaning fee will be added to all reservations, no exceptions.
