This Non-Smoking house is located in the Heart of the beautiful Ocean Creek area just off the 13th tee of the Davis Love III designed Ocean Creek Golf Club. Ocean Creek Golf Course is rated FOUR and a HALF STARS (out of FIVE) by Golf Digest.
It’s just a few steps to the Cabana Club pool complex complete with restaurant and beach shop, and Camp Fripp (summer day camp for kids). It’s just a short golf cart or bicycle ride to the beautiful three and one-half mile long beach, marina, tennis courts, beach club, and souvenir shops. The island also sports the scenic Ocean Point Golf Course which is a George Cobb design with many holes open to the ocean. Both courses present a challenge to even the best golfers.
Our Charleston-style home is tastefully decorated and features an open living area on the top floor and three bedrooms on the second level. Both levels have a deck open to the golf course and beautiful views. All the amenities necessary to make your family vacation or golf vacation unforgettable are included.

GUEST CARDS
The Fripp Island Club is a private club that allows privileges for guest. The amenities of Fripp are for the use of its members, their guests and guests of the resort. All unaccompanied guests of members over the age of 12 are required to have a card.
The price of the card varies depending on the time of year. Cards are required at Ocean Point Golf Course, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Racquet Club, all restaurants, Ocean Point Grill, Bonito Boathouse, Beach Club, 19th Hole, Cabana Club, Sandbar and Savannahs. All swimming pools; Ocean Point, Marina, Olympic, Adult, Cabana Club and the Fitness Center and the beach.
Memorial day - Labor Day $50 weekly - $12.50 Daily
Fall Winter and Spring $35 weekly - $25 for a weekend
Amenity cards cannot be purchased by guests. They must be charged to a members account. Therefore, guests must be aware of the number of cards they require before arrival to the island.

We currently live in Huntsville, AL but plan to retire to Fripp in a few years. We love to play golf, enjoy the beach and pool, love to tour the island in our golf cart, and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren who love Fripp.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Ocean Creek
We vacationed on Fripp for a few years and decided this is where we want to retire. We bought a lot in 1994 and built our house in 2000.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is designed with an open living area on the third floor which allows for great views; back decks look over Ocean Creek Golf Course and there's no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold drink. The bedroom level is on the second floor.
