Hi Paul Just wanted to let you know that everything was just great last week and we had a wonderful time. May grandchildren did not want to leave. They just loved the skiing and we were all over the mountains. Their moms and dads were the same, especially with grandpa paying. Oh well, you only live once and I would rather enjoy the time with them now. We really liked your unit for both the style and the decorations. I personally liked the layout of yours much better than the other two loft unit we were in. It is more private and easier to keep the noise down. I trust all was in order and we will keep you in mind for another trip out in a couple of years. Thanks for the use of the parking pass as well. We had to pay for 2 out of 3 cars so that was expensive. Have a great spring with lots of skiing.

"Top notch quiet and comfort in Whistler!" Our group of 5, including 2 kids, really enjoyed our stay at Paul's condo at Glacier Lodge. The place is nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and well maintained. There are Tv's in each room, including 2 flat panels, and the kitchen is very well set up and equipped. It's very apparent that the owners take great pride and care in the condo. The unit is also very quiet, which was great for relaxing and sleeping after a long day enjoying the mountains. We look forwrd to staying here again!

"We travel a long way from Queensland, Australia to ski and to continue to enjoy the wonderful Whistler experience. The Glacier Lodge apartment delighted us with its location, fitout and comfort. The service support and attention to detail was 1st class, just as we expected. We will return again next season and will gladly stay again at your fabulous apartment. Paul, thank you for delivering no less than you promised in your accommodation package." Best Wishes Greg and Yvonne

Regarding Paul's condo at Glacier Lodge: I and three of my friends had a splendid time at Paul's condo the week after the Olympics. Everything we need to cook was there. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds. The furniture is classy, the location within a short walk to Blackcomb chairlifts. The parking is free, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. What we especially liked about staying at Blackcomb is that it is neither noisy nor crowded like Whistler Village. Sincerely, Roger

Thanks for setting us up in your lovely condo. It was more than enough space for our family of 4 and the proximity to the Village was just right. We hope to return during high season in the coming years.

What a great family getaway! Thanks Paul - you made it very easy to coordinate dates. Your place is very nice; the 5 of us had lots of room. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And only a short walk to Whistler Village and all its restaurants and shops. Thanks again!!

We have stayed at Glacier Lodge before; love the location, close to everything but not the noise of the main village! This was our first time staying in #210/211. We couldn't have asked for a better unit; updated, well equipped, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool.

My family (two adults, two teenaged boys) spent three nights in this unit in the winter of 2008. We are avid skiers and had a great visit. We travel up to Whistler, from Vancouver, frequently to ski and we found this particular location ideal for the following reasons: 1. The base of Blackcomb mountain is across the road. 2. The Fairmont Hotel is across the road and we particularly enjoyed having breakfast there. 3. Despite this ideal location, we found the cost of staying in this unit very competitive. 4. The unit accommodated us easily. It was well equipped, quiet at night and we enjoyed the swimming pool and hot- tub after a hard day's skiing.
Owner response:Nevin, thank you.

We have stayed at Glacier Lodge before but found this unit to be nicely updated and the beds extremely comfortable. Having 2 young children, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and the fact that it faces the quieter side of the building. The unit was well equipped, modern and very clean. Our kids loved the fact that there was a tv in both bedrooms and the living room. The pool and 2 spas are an added treat! We go to Whistler every summer and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Owner response:Thank you Rita, anytime, just call or e-mail. cheers paul

Our Family Holiday skiing and snowboarding for a week at Blackcomb Mountain in April 09 has simply been fantastic. It could not have been more enjoyable for a family of four and a large part of that has involved Paul and our stay in Suite 211, Glacier Lodge. The Lodge location is very convenient to the Chair Lifts, Ski Hire, Restaurants, Liquor Store, Grocery Store, Retail Outlets and Transport. The Suite is spacious, well appointed and has everything we needed. It has been a hassle free and most enjoyable holiday with easy on line reservation, correspondence and communication of relevant information. We’ll be recommending Paul Hegele, Suite 211 and Glacier Lodge to all our friends who are planning on holidaying Whistler/Blackcomb. The Rees Family - Brisbane, Australia

Thanks for a great stay. Your condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect ski trip. The recent updates to the Glacier Lodge make it feel like a fancy hotel, even though it's a private condo. The location was super handy for skiing, shopping and restaurants, and we enjoyed standing on the deck and people watching in front of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We had a couple friends over for home cooked dinner then watched the hockey game on the big screen in the living room. Had a soak in the outdoor hot tub. All in all, it was an outstanding trip.

Fantastic location close to everything you need. Really enjoyed having 2nd floor deck for people watching and getting some air. The rental was just completely renovated and fully equipped with nice furniture, linens, towels. Kitchen is large and well-equipped. Flat screen TVs with lots of channels, gas fireplace, all the comforts. Pool and hot tubs very nice. Secure parking and coded doors handy. Paul provided detailed directions and easy instructions on how to check in and get settled.
