If you need transportation we can make the arrangements to pick up at the
airport for $25 per trip in the minivan and $35 in the big Van (luggage included)per group or my sister can rent her 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN, or a 2002 Ford Windstar or a 15 passenger Ford Van.
The house is prepared to sleep from a couple to 22 people, but I have another family houses that sleeps up to 35 TO 40 persons in both or can rent this unit apart for $175 night first 8 persons and additional at $15 per person per night.
ALSO my brother have a 3bed & 2bath house in Cabo Rojo (southwest and 2 hours from San Juan, for me with the best and calm beaches) and I'm working with a 4 bedroom New house in Trujillo Alto mountains for $225 night and some apartments of 2 bedrooms 1 bath and 1 bedroom 1 bath in the same house.
The house has 2 BEDROOMS WITH 1 KING AND 1 TRUNDLE (2 twins), 1 bedroom with 1 king, 1 full and 1 trundle bed, and last bedroom with 3 bunkbeds (sleeps 6) 1 queen bed and a sectional sofa bed. I sofa full bed and a futon. I have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 40 persons. The house have TV's in every bedroom, cable TV with one link, and it have hi-speed internet for FREE.
I accept personal checks for DEPOSIT ONLY, money orders, managers checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks and NOW you can also PAY IN CASH AS ARRIVAL to this beautiful island.
The place is near everything, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches (10 min or 5mile), casinos, hotels, airport.

Vacation Rental Rates:
The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for ONE night with groups that comes from the CRUISE LINES and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too.
The normal rate is $325 the night for 8 persons (like $38 per person per night). Additional persons are $25 per person per night.
ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET LET US KNOW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO SATISFY YOUR STAY.
AT THIS MOMENT NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR HOLIDAYS, we can quote a package for your group if 50 persons or more $250 one time administrative/cleaning fee of this huge house for party of 10 persons or more.

GENERAL COMMENTS: Very nice home in a nice, safe neighborhood. Some plumbing issues. PLUSES: Owner was fairly easy to work with; sometimes hard to contact Ample beds for large groups Large, beautiful, covered back patio Outdoor, in-ground jacuzzi Secure gated community Secured locked parking at house Kitchen furnished with basic utensils Washer and dryer Linens furnished Air conditioning in each bedroom 3.5 bathrooms High-speed Internet connection; wired only MINUSES: Group rental contract is written for corporations, not just families/friends. Be ready to modify and strike-through to suit your needs if you're just a group of friends. All bedrooms are upstairs; sleeper sofa only on main floor Main bathroom upstairs has major plumbing issues; shower is a crapshoot for hot/cold; the one private bathroom in the "Master" bedroom was perfectly fine for showers Signs posted in all bathrooms asking you to please put NO paper products in toilets. NO products? Seriously? Forget it... Bathroom #3 is outside - presumably for the jacuzzi/patio users? The shower was great, but there was no doorknob - just a hole. Bit of a privacy issue... NO water at 3:00 am! Locking and unlocking doors required a key -- INSIDE and out. Hope for no emergencies like house fires during the night. You have to have a key to unlock/lock the doors from either side. Washer/dryer are in the large upstairs dormitory/bedroom - a bit inconvenient. It flooded over, too. You need a map to find light switches! There are random switches hidden everywhere. (BEHIND the bunk beds in the large upstairs room.) Maddening and confusing. Outside light switches are hidden equally as well. Jacuzzi not heated; even in the tropics, cool water wasn't welcome There is no dishwasher. You may wish to buy paper plates. Walgreen's is nearby. We put garbage in garbage cans on the carport. Beware of maggots -- one garbage can lid was literally covered and swarming with maggots when I lifted it. There were no instructions as to garbage pickup. ALSO: We arrived well after our check-in time of 3:00 pm and a young couple was there cleaning. They told us the previous renters just left and they were still cleaning. Our group of 12 unloaded our luggage, found rooms and left for dinner. We returned at 9:30 or so and the couple were still cleaning. They stayed until 11:00 pm cleaning! Then they left a HUGE basket of dirty linens near the laundry door, where it sat for the next 4 days!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers.
