I rented this townhouse in early May 2009 for my daughters graduation in Gunnison. There were seven of us in the townhouse. We never felt crowded. We never ran out of hot water. The accommodations were perfect!! The townhouse was well stocked with everything. The owner was above and beyond wonderful to work with as I had to make a few changes along the way. (Thank you again) Super location. Super view. Super townhouse. I kept repeating to everyone all weekend "Have I mentioned this place is aweseome?".

The house is just as it looks! Very comfortable inside, 3 floors. The town was absolutely beautiful and the house was in a perfect location. The owner was fantastic as well! We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this rental!

We stayed here this past weekend for the 4th of July and it was great, from start to finish. The owner was great to work with to book the house. And the house was perfect...nicely appointed, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice deck with beautiful views. The house is very close to Rainbow Park which is great for kids. We spent a lot of time there with our 2 year old. We have been going to Crested Butte for 7 years and wish we had found this house sooner!

We had a great time in crested butte. This house was so awesome, we had 9 people go down and it was very spacious and in the perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. Just a quick walk to town or a quick ride on the bus to the mtn. The views from the porch are so beautiful and the house is so cozy. Thank you for making our trip so awesome!!! Destiny and crew

We recently came to Crested Butte for a ski race and could not have enjoyed our visit more! The only problem was the visit was too brief! Your home is everything a mountain residence should be - my husband kept teasing me he was glad we didn't have room in our bags for the furniture. The furnishings were all items I would put in my own home. I wish I could have stayed there to enjoy the light coming in thru all of the windows and a beautiful sunset on the porch swing. My husband and I rented this property in Mid-December while in Crested Butte for our oldest son's wedding. The property is EVERYTHING it says it is! Very clean, very cozy, and very quiet, excellent location. The property has everything you need to make you feel at home--fully stocked kitchen (minus food..lol), washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV, high-speed internet access. All you need is groceries and you're set! Oh, and the bathrooms were even stocked with shampoo and body wash! The property is located just a few blocks from the main street, Elk Avenue, where all the shops and restaurants are located. The owner was always very prompt in returning calls or emails! We definitely plan to rent again our next trip there!!

Comfortable, clean, terrific location

We've stayed at this home two times for several weeks. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or business trip. The kitchen is equipped nicely and with the open living arrangement on the second floor it is easy to visit or watch TV while cooking. The beds are comfortable and allows for sleeping as many nights as you want without a back ache. The location is great for folks with one car because downtown and hiking trails are just a short walk away if the car is being used. The home is nicely maintained & looks great but it's not so perfect you're afraid to sneeze without messing something up. The neighborhood is mostly locals who are very friendly & helpful. The owner is easy to communicate with and very fair. We will definitely be staying here again many times.

We've stayed at this home two times for several weeks. It will be a repeat visit for sure. The home is like your house...it looks nice, has all the above features but is not so perfect you're afraid to sneeze for fear of messing it up. It's easy walking to the downtown so one part of the group can go fishing while the others can go hiking or shopping without needing a vehicle.The open area of kitchen & living room on the second floor make it a great place to cook, visit or watch TV at the same time. The beds are comfortable so you can sleep on them as many nights as you want without getting a sore back. It's in a neighborhood where mostly locals live & they are very friendly & helpful.

Everything about the property was even better than described. Easy access, gorgeous view of the mountain, lovely living and dining areas--an exceptionally comfortable place to stay. The closets were full of extra linens and all three bathrooms well-stocked with hotel quality towels. Grilling burgers on the balcony/deck in the cool, crisp air was a real treat. Even our dog had fun being able to oversee everything going on down below. Browsing in the shops on Elk Avenue and dinner at Maxwell's is always a special highlight. Nearby trails made dog walks extra nice. This is a property we would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. The owners have seen to everything you could need. Just bring a bottle of wine and groceries and you're good to go.
