Living Room - Gulf Shores Vacation Condo Rental My condo is beautiful with a great view of the pool area and Little Lagoon. It is on the fifth floor. You will have your own private balcony. The pool area has lush tropical landscaping and a rock garden with a small waterfall. There is a pool for children and a hot tub for anyone over 12 years old. There are two private piers with boat slips and decks for you to sit, relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. There are facilities on one of the piers to dock your boat and to clean fish. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables by Little Lagoon. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the sunsets. The complex offers a boat ramp, shuffleboard, a putting green and two well lit tennis courts. There is a large sofa and chair in the living room. There is also a TV, a CD player with stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. We are located across the street from the beach. We have a 100' private deeded beach with a gazebo for you to enjoy. There is not much traffic on the street that you will cross to get there. Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has the best of both worlds, the beach and the lagoon. We are very family oriented here. Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from November through February at very reasonable rates. I have a lockbox and I will send you information on how to enter the condo one week prior to your arrival. There are many fine restaurants for dining and excellent shopping within ten miles from here. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. All you need to bring is your personal items. I am looking forward to having you as my guests. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: $200 Reserve/Security Deposit. Cancellation Fee $40. (Deposit refundable after departure and condo is checked.) NO REFUND IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING or DAMAGE TO THE CONDO. Deposit must be paid before I can block out your days for you. If cancelled within 14 days of check in date, there will be a refund only if I am able to rent the condo during the time you reserved. Cleaning fee $70, 11% Tax, Parking Fee $20 per car and is to be paid at the front desk upon your arrival.
