This beautiful 1500 square foot unit (325 Forest Hills Drive) has been completely updated and remodeled with a modern open kitchen and open floor plan. The remodel was finished on September 20, 2008 just in time for the season. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and slab granite counter tops. There is a new plasma TV in every room. 42" in the living room and 37" in each of the 2 bedrooms. The two bathrooms have been completely updated as well with travertine tile. All new bedding to go with brand new beds. Everything is new!!! Words to describe are modern, warm, and inviting. It just feels like home, but warmer because you are in the desert. That was a joke.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Mission Hills Country Club steps away from the tennis courts, pool, hot tub, health club and golf course. In the master there is a king bed and in the second large bedroom there are two full beds. In the master bath there is a bathtub and a double vanity. There is a beautiful courtyard in the front and a patio in the back, either are nice for entertaining.
