This beautiful 1500 square foot unit (325 Forest Hills Drive) has been completely updated and remodeled with a modern open kitchen and open floor plan. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and slab granite counter tops. There is a new plasma TV in every room. 42" in the living room and 37" in each of the 2 bedrooms. The two bathrooms have been completely updated as well with travertine tile.
This is an incredible vacation experience, one you will not likely forget and one in which you will want to come back to again and again.It is luxuriously decorated and sits in a serene setting with breathtaking mountain views. There are an abundance of fruit trees, heated pools and hot tubs just steps away.
Best of all, our guests have access to social membership to the Mission Hills Country Club which includes, exclusive dining privileges and invitations to special events held at the club. Our home is located in a guard-gated community. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a garage.
Nearby world-famous public golf courses, Gary Player and Pete Dye Westin, are available for use. .
Take advantage of the many additional activities nearby, such as World-class golf, tennis, catch and release fishing just steps from the backyard. You'll find shopping, restaurants, and cinemas at the nearby hotspot "The River". Downtown Palm Springs and famous El Paseo Avenue, known by some to be "the Beverly Hills of the desert", is just a 15 minute drive away.
This community hosts the Dinah Shore Golf Tournament annually and the many tennis tournaments.

My parents have lived in Mission Hills fulltime since 1995. My sister and brother in law have a place along with my inlaws, cousins and aunt and uncle. We all love Mission Hills. I bought this place so I could attend the constant family gatherings. I absolutely love the grounds of Mission Hills. I love playing tennis and golf with my 7 year old son in the perfect 80 degree weather. The desert has such a nice warm scent to it.

The accomodations were AWESOME! The pool and hot tub are just steps away and we had them all to ourselves everyday. The patio is perfect for grilling and dining and includes a Weber grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget, plate, glass, and appliance you could ever need. Also very close to the River for shopping and movies, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owner could not have been more helpful or responsive in answering our every question,

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owner's mother lives in the area and was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to ... We decided, as well, to join the Mission Hills Country Club and certainly got great value from the Fitness facility and the Club, itself. The unit was very well "outfitted" and lacks very little. And the weather was beautiful ... and having a short walk to the gym every day was a definite "plus" ...
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just got back from a relaxing 2 week stay at this condo. Very comfortable and has everything you need. This condo is beautifully decorated and is close to the pool. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time. The grounds are breathtaking. Thank you Jay and Jan. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to return next year. This beautiful Mission Hills condo was the perfect winter escape for us. We used the pool everyday and usually had it to ourselves. Home is well constructed and nicely renovated. Kitchen is well supplied with cooking apparatus. Neighborhood was quiet. Recommend this unit.

Our recent stay at the condo was truly wonderful. The condo is quiet, spacious, and immaculate with very comfortable furnishings. We have previously stayed at a premier resort during our visits to the Palm Springs area, but the resort does not compare with the comfort and ease this condo offers. We plan to visit again.

We stayed at this condo with our two young children for two weeks in March 2009. The condo is even nicer in person than the photos. It was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent beds and seating in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and great overall layout. Jay was very easy to deal with. The grounds of the Mission Hills is very nice and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We loved that we controlled the heat in the hot tub which made for a nice warm swimming pool for our kids. All around everything was excellent and we would highly recommend this condo.
