$550/night, If You Stay a Week 7th Night FREE!
$175 Cleaning Fee. $250 Refundable Security Deposit.
Must be 25 Years to Rent. Valid credit card for security purposes will be
required with final payment. 50% deposit is due within 10 days of booking, must
be check, cash, or money order. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if vacation home is
re-rented! Any cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival will not be refunded!!
Sorry any and all cancellations are subject to $50 cancellation fee!!!
