This home is located in prime location with pictures offering everything promised. The property was clean with marvelous wrap around porch and wonderful barbecue area with wood burner for late night private wine tasting, facing the picturesque waterfront. Our son had an enjoyable experience fishing off of the boat dock with poles provided at the house. There is a great outside stone shower for the adventurous that offers adequate privacy. The Master Bedroom is spacious with wonderful large multi-fauceted shower heads. It also has a walk-out balcony with fabulous views of the waterfront. The other two bedrooms are equally spacious and accommodating. The kitchen / dining area will easily seat nine people, with appliances as described. Gerald was more than helpful in providing us with Beach directions / parking passes(only blocks away), and suggestions for wineries and dinner suggestions. The lighthouse/playhouse is a child's dream and great photo shoot with magnificent flowers. Our son was playing summer baseball with the North Fork Ospreys, so we rented this home while visiting him. We also ventured into the city easily by rail several times. All and all I would recommend this rental property. The location is close to grocery stores, shopping, beach and dining.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
