The home has everything you need for a great time. This huge,fenced, corner lot is surrounded by a 12 foot tall hedge creating a private yet "very happening" location only seconds away from everything ! You could take your leashed pet for a walk and eat at the popular waterfront "Fish House" restaurant, or go to the Bistro just across beach road, The Italian upscale dining is also just within several hundred feet away....Or visit one of the many Gourmet grocery stores for Florida's fresh grill-able catch and eat POOLSIDE, then take a bike ride to watch the sunset, later an evening stroll for a cocktail, then dancing and live entertainment.Later return to upscale crisp pressed linens on all our beds. Our private courtyard is great for cooking out,OUR NEWEST ADDITION IS OUR WONDERFUL POOL! and Granite kitchen. the beach is FABULOUS !!, the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe, the weather is unbeatable! We Love it here so much we purchased our "Guest Home "so our family and friends could also join us in sunny Florida.
