  We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect with so many things to do and close to the ocean. Margy and Frank are the best. The whole family including our 2 dogs enjoyed the house, yard and pool and of course the outside bathroom. We definately want to rent again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  We recently rented this home for the month of January. First, let me say that Margi and Frank are the perfect "landlords": so personable, so helpful and so accommodating. They have furnished this home like one they would want to rent themselves with many personal touches. The location is good. In fact, the best restaurant we found anywhere was the one right next door. The very private yd. with its beautiful landscaping and heated pool was just the "icing on the cake".

  Margi and Frank are gracious folks! They live next door, but you would never know it. They are there as a resource if you need, but hardly intrusive. Very personable and easy to work with. The process of renting from beginning to end was smooth. The property is even better than advertised. The property is quite private, being in a residential area. The fencing and hedges create a secluded atmosphere. The landscaping is beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool, enjoying the weather. It was perfect the entire time we were there. The interior of the home is creatively designed and very comfortable and inviting. My wife and I have traveled many places and have stayed in many private homes. I can't say one thing of concern about the property.

  What a wonderful vacation home! My husband and I (and dog Lucy) spent the most relaxing 3 weeks in paradise. The location and amenities were outstanding as well as the owners Frank and Margi. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. Very well maintained and clean with awesome restaruants within walking distance. We hope to return next winter for a longer stay. Thank you Frank & Margi

  We loved it here. The house is great, exactly as the pictures, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and furnished with charm and character. Everything you could need is there - even down to spare light bulbs! The pool and landscaping are lovely. The location is excellent, just minutes from the beautiful beach yet only a very short distance from a number of good restaurants and take outs - ideal for a relaxing and lazy holiday. The owners Frank and Margi are just next door and could not have been more welcoming; they helped to make our holiday very memorable. We would love to return and hope we do!

  Our family of four (the wife and I and 2 children ages 10 and 8) just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house was clean and very beautiful inside. The pool is fabulous and the kids absolutely loved it. The outside shower was also very very refreshing. The pictures on the site are very representative of the property. The owners, Frank and Margi, were very friendly and easy to deal with and answered all of our questions when inquiring about the property. We took one day and visited the local water park (Sun and Fun Lagoon)....highly recommended if traveling with children. The beach is only a mile away with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of restaurants in the area and only a short drive to Naples as well. Thanks Frank and Margi for your hospitality. We had a great week.

  Our nine days at your wonderful home in Bonita Springs were fantastic! Too bad you couldn't control the cold weather but everything else was 100% great. All the info on local dog parks, restaurants, beaches and the neighbourhood added to the already beautiful surroundings of the house. I can't say enough about the decor of the house or the beauty of the landscaping, and we thoroughly enjoyed both as did our dog Teddy. Our hosts Margi and Frank became friends and I would heartily recommend their house and them to anyone considering a relaxing vacation in a great area of Florida. Great value also, thanks.

  This was our second stay. It feels just like home. The owners keep everything clean and furnished. With grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, spas, outlets, everything else you'll need is close by. We are a family of six, and it got us from hello. Lovely, quite and clean home.The owners are fantastic.The beach is beautiful and only a few blocks away. We started our day with a walk at the beach, and ended enjoying the sunset. B-B-Q anyone? We'll be back next summer. Gabby

  My family had an absolute brilliant time in this house. It is close to all the action and the beaches and the home provides comfort as well as safety. We cannot wait to make more family memories in this rental. The most important feature it is so affordable we extended our vacation!

  We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! We walked to the beach every evening for Florida's breathtaking sunsets; enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants/bars; and LOVED our cozy/private courtyard patio.   If you are looking for a safe, family friendly atmosphere, close to one of the best beaches in the country, we would recommend this home. Everything we needed was right around the corner: shopping, beaches, restaurants and clubs. The owners are really fun people and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was nice to have someone to get directions from and advise us on the best restaurants and places to go. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

  We LOVE our Florida vacation home. We have been Winter residents of this rental home for 8 years now. The owners are great, The house is clean, and beautifly furnished.The neighbors have all become like our family in Florida. This rental locataion is the best, and we hope to enjoy it for many more years.

  Some time last year we discovered the best vacation spot in the world. We can not wait to return this spot. The home was wonderful, clean beautiful yard, great fresh beds , we could have our two small dogs and take them to "doggie beach! " The owners were great ! My family would never consider staying anywhere else in Florida . We can't wait to return .
