Wonderful location for this townhouse style Key Allegro waterfront condo -- at the intersection of two canals with a private boat slip! This spacious unit has been totally remodeled and is furnished with a soothing tropical feel.
All 3 bedrooms have private attached bathrooms. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath and a view of Little Bay. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully-equipped kitchen, waterfront deck to enjoy the outdoors and views down the canals and out to Little Bay. Comfortable patio furniture and electric BBQ grill.
The upstairs has two bedrooms with attached baths. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a view of Little Bay. The Master Bedroom has a king size 4-poster bed and sitting area with more beautiful views down the canal.
Washer and dryer are in the unit. Wi-Fi throughout, cable TV, DVD player, maid service before your arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Rockport
We love Rockport and Key Allegro! When we found this gorgeous waterfront condo at the intersection of two canals, with its own private boat slip, just down from the Marina, a couple of blocks from the Marina restaurant and easy Bay access, we snapped it up. We did major remodeling, including creating a private attached bath for each of the 3 bedrooms, and decorated it for a tropical island feel.

3 bedrooms, each with its own private attached bath, Wi-Fi throughout, direct waterfront at the intersection of 2 canals, private boat slip right off the deck, fishing off our dock right out the door (or even from the deck!), fishing in the canals or the Bay, fish cleaning station nearby, minutes to restaurants, shops, the beach.

My wife Alison and I met in the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C., where we were both on the professional staff for years for various congressmen and committees. She's also worked for the U.S. Vice President and the American Conservative Union, and I also worked for Ronald Reagan in his campaigns and Presidency and managed over a dozen political campaigns. We now live in Kerrville, Texas, in the gorgeous Hill Country and write a financial newsletter. I am an ordained minister and the pastor of Reformation Church in Boerne.
