All 3 bedrooms have private attached bathrooms. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath and a view of Little Bay. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully-equipped kitchen, waterfront deck to enjoy the outdoors and views down the canals and out to Little Bay. Comfortable patio furniture and electric BBQ grill.
The upstairs has two bedrooms with attached baths. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a view of Little Bay. The Master Bedroom has a king size 4-poster bed and sitting area with more beautiful views down the canal.

She's also worked for the U.S. Vice President and the American Conservative Union, and I also worked for Ronald Reagan in his campaigns and Presidency and managed over a dozen political campaigns. Why the Owner Chose Rockport
We love Rockport and Key Allegro! When we found this gorgeous waterfront condo at the intersection of two canals, with its own private boat slip, just down from the Marina, a couple of blocks from the Marina restaurant and easy Bay access, we snapped it up. We did major remodeling, including creating a private attached bath for each of the 3 bedrooms, and decorated it for a tropical island feel.
