This first floor condo offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Picture yourself lounging in the 18 foot screened lanai, overlooking the pool and boat docks. Stroll among the 14 acres of lush landscaping, grab a game on the on-site tennis courts, or relax by the sparkling heated pool. Then you must visit the famous white sands of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach. We offer private access just across the street.
Our condo is pleasantly furnished with all the amenities of home and provides comfort, relaxation, and convenience for up to four adults and two children. Visit numerous restaurants and shopping facilities within a short walking distance. A five minute drive takes you to Siesta Village with its many open air restaurants and boutiques. Cross over the Stickney Point Bridge and you will have numerous stores, restaurants, and services available to you.
Checkout nearby golf facilities and the many Florida tourist attractions--all within short driving distance.
Why choose our condo? If you look around while you are at Siesta Key, you will notice that most of the condos on Siesta Key do not have a nice view. They overlook rooftops, parking lots, streets, and driveways. Even those that overlook the gulf have no view at night as it is pitch black. Our daytime view is of the boat docks and pool and plenty of flowers and green spaces. At night, this area is all lit up with beautiful low voltage lighting.
Our condo is turnkey ready for your vacation! If you must keep in contact with the folks back home, bring your laptop and connect to service on the office porch.

I went with my mother and 4 young children. Condo was wonderful! Not far, at all, from beach. Was there in 2010 and going back this weekend for another wonderful week. Super clean, adorable, and owner was wonderful to work with! Great place, GREAT PRICE!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
