"Beachcomber's Paradise" is what you've been expecting for your beach vacation. Located on spectacular Beachcomber Drive in the quaint town of Morro Bay, this 2400 sq. ft. single level home has 180 degree panoramic whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean. From the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Sitting Room & Large Front Patio you can view Morro Rock to the South and the Cayucos Pier to the North. The two Guest Bedrooms and the Den have incredible whitewater views as well. Nicknamed "Two Palms" by the local surfers for the two 60 foot tall Palm trees in the front of the house, they serve as a landmark for surfers and wayward house guests.

At Beachcomber's Paradise you can SEA forever. You will want to allow extra time to just stare at the ocean. Time will pass quickly as you gaze at the sweeping views of the sea. The miles of sandy beach will compel you to walk down to the waters edge(the sand dollars are abundant). You can easily walk to Morro Rock or Cayucos, it's just down to the beach, then to the south or north. The wall of panoramic windows will allow you to watch the kids play on the beach without leaving the house. Beachcomber Drive is a popular walking, biking, viewing street. People come from all around to savor it's stunning views.

The Kitchen is a "Gourmet's Delight", granite counter tops with a "Wolf" gas range, stainless steel appliances and European Cabinets. There's a second vegetable sink, dual stainless dishwashers and also included are the most amazing views of the waves crashing on the beach while you prepare your meals or just sip your coffee. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need for the perfect vacation. A Cuisinart ice cream maker(great fun for the whole family, so bring your favorite recipes) and wine refrigerator are a few of the amenities for you to enjoy.

The front wrap-around Patio has extensive brick and flagstone with a Gas Fire Pit built-in for those enchanting evenings and incredible sunsets! Binoculars and a spotting scope are there to more clearly view the otters, dolphins, seals, whales, pelicans, surfers and more. There's also an outside shower with hot & cold water to wash off the sand from the beach. The den accesses a small fenced backyard with grass and flowers.

This home was professionally decorated with beautiful beach furnishings, a cozy down filled sofa to snuggle in as you enjoy a warm fire in the new Italian Travertine fireplace. Fresh paint, new carpet, luxury linens, bath and beach towels, an ipod docking station, high speed wireless internet, games, books, kids beach toys, including croquet and boogie boards all await you. Decorated in the Caribbean Beach theme throughout . . . this home is what you would expect from a beach home. Why the Owner Chose Morro Bay

We chose to purchase property in the Morro Bay area for many reasons, but it was not a snap decision. When we purchase property, we do lots of research first. We like Morro Bay because it has a year round "small town" atmosphere with very little traffic, close proxmity to a college town(San Luis Obispo - Cal Poly), great year round weather, an incredible wine region, numerous golf courses, close to a large hospital, great restaurants and it's on the Pacific Ocean.

My wife & I are from the Tahoe area where we have lived for nearly 40 years. We knew that we wanted a place near the ocean some day and purchased a home in Los Osos in 2005. We loved the Los Osos house, but wanted something closer to the water and with a better view. We were on a realtor's tour one day when we saw the Beachcomber
house . . . WOW!! We made an offer and it was accepted. Every time we visit, we feel so blessed and lucky to have found such a great place with such an unbelievable view within steps of the ocean.

    • We really enjoyed out stay at this lovely home. If you stay here you will want for nothing except possibly another week off. It has it all, beautiful decor, incredible views of the breakers from the livingroom, kitchen and front deck. A kitchen any chef would enjoy (especially the view of Morro Rock) and really comfy big beds. We'll be back!

    • Spent 3 days in June and it wasn't enough. Loved the magnificent views from every room. Enjoyed walks on the beach watching surfers and dolphins play in the waves. The fire pit was a big it too. The house is warm and welcoming and decorated with impeccable taste. We will be back.

    • We stayed here for two weeks in Mid May 2008 and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were amazed at how you just couldn't stop staring at the waves & there's is always something going on at the beach. It is really a "surfers" mecca, there are at times up to 50 surfers on a good day right in front of your view. We were lucky and saw a whale breaching right in front of the house. . .amazing. This is a great place and decorated to the "nines". We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the owners, decorators, etc. for a job well done. Bill & Cindy
