Apartment above garage at left - Mariposa, California Vacation Rentals This beautiful, cozy, one bedroom apartment is located in scenic Mariposa, California. Located near Yosemite National Park and in the heart of California's Gold Country there are endless opportunities for outdoor activities and sightseeing. We strive to provide a clean, well-appointed apartment in a peaceful location. The apartment is centrally located for visiting Yosemite from either the Hwy 140 or Wawona entrance to the park and we are 9.5 miles from the historic downtown of Marioposa. We are approximately 1 hour from the Hwy 140 (Arch Rock) entrance gate to Yosemite. The apartment has lovely furnishings, gorgeous wood floors and a fully equipped kitchen. There are many large picture windows that show off pine trees, granite rock formations, local manzanita and distant mountain ranges. There is a comfortable queen and double bed in the bedroom and all linens, comforters and towels are provided. There is always plenty of complimentary fresh ground coffee provided in the apartment! Lucky guests may find freshly baked cookies waiting for them upon arrival! **The Important Stuff: 1. Please note that this apartment is attached to our private home. Privacy of our guests is a priority to us and this apartment has its' own parking area and private entrance. There are no shared walls with the main house (apartment is over the 3 car garage) so noise is not a factor. 2. This is a non-smoking environment. 3. Friendly, well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior authorization and a $10 daily fee. 4. There is a 2 night minimum stay and 4 person maximum. 5. Renters must be responsible individuals, over the age of 25 6. Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM
