This was a great property and the location had easy access to the beach, the lake and a short drive to the Metra to catch the train to Chicago for the day.

This house was wonderful. We had 15 ladies for a girls getaway and the house was very comfortable with lots of space it was right on the lake and the view could not be beat. The owners are very helpful and the people are very friendly. We had a hard time lighting the fireplace but overall everyone had a great time. The beach is awesome and the shopping was great. We are going to come back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The children loved catching sooo many fish right off the dock; the adutls enjoyed playing cards and eating on the back porch; all had fun in the pool and playing volleyball - what could be better?!! Thank you, The Carlson's

We recently had our annual family reunion on this house and LOVED IT! The house was very clean and updated. Everything seemed very well taken care of. We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, kitchen utensils, etc...GREAT! It easily sleeps 17 with room to spare. The location is the best...right on Lake Kai and walking distance to the pool. The rental staff were very easy to work with and made our stay run very smoothly. Overall, we had a fabulous time and plan to return.

Our group was one of the first to rent this new home and we were thoroughly pleased from beginning to end. This home is beautifully furnished and very clean. Its location is great because you can see a beautiful view of Lake Kai and it's close enough to walk to the gorgeous beach on Lake Michigan. The neighbors are really friendly and pleasant. There is a nice pool there and you can take paddle boats and kayaks out on Lake Kai. We had a group of 15 and we were very comfortable. I did a lot of research before coming across this place and hands down this is the best place in this area (in terms of size, space, decor, view, and location for the price). We hope to be back again!
