Comments: I absolutely enjoyed the 2 bedroom unit I stayed at in Sandpiper. It was large, well layed out, very comfortable, had several large fans, and was very clean - no bugs at all. The lanai is large. It was one of my favorite units I stayed at during my month long trip to Kauai. Karl was very kind and easy to book with. I would definitely stay here again on future visits - Thank you Karl!

My husband and I absolutely loved your studio! It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, as we loved exploring the different sites on the North shore of Kaua'i. The grounds and pool were also beautiful. Thanks so much! We would love to stay there again!

Aloha Karl!And Mahalo for making our most recent trip to the island possible. Like everyone else in this economy we were worried that we might not be able to take our usual trip. But your very reasonable rates changed that. The Studio was just what we needed! A nice launching pad for our tromps around the most beautiful place on Earth! Everything that we needed was there. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. I have to give a shout out to our friends at Hanalei Pizza. Best pizza in Kauai, and the most friendly people you could meet. We miss the island and everyone already! Take care, may God bless, and we hope to be back soon!

there were 7 of us who stayed at this property in kauai and all of us had a fabulous time!!!! it was more than accomadating for the 7 of us, was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. i would most definitely stay there again!!!

We had a perfect time in the studio. It fit our needs just fine. Cozy place. It is nicely located with easy access to the beaches on the north side, and just a 5-10 minute trip to Hanalei.

Very Charming Condo

My family had a wonderful stay here in July 09.The layout of the condo is very family friendly,my kids loved the sleeping loft and staircase.The kitchen is very well appointed with all the basics and much more.We also found the other residents and guests in the complex to be very friendly,the community BBQs are a lot of fun.We plan on returning in 2011.Don't miss this great vacation value!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had all that we needed i.e. beach chairs, extra towels, washing machine, even board games! There Princeville area is very nice and has great proximity to Hanalei, wonderful beaches, Queen Emma's baths, the Lighthouse, etc.

Sandpiper 234 is a place to stay in Kauai. We are a repeat guests and have found the condo very accommodating. It is also comforting to know that Karl lives on the island and nearby.

We have been coming back to Kauai to stay at the Sandpiper 234 studio for the past six years of vacation and always look forward to our return! The studio is in a great location and is perfect for a couple looking for comfortable and nicely decorated accomodations. Karl, the owner has been great to book with.

My son and I spent 8 nights in the two bedroom unit (234A) and enjoyed every minute spent at the condo; it's very comfortable and feels like home away from home. Looking forward to visiting Kauai and staying here again in the future!

This is possibly the best value in the Princeville area. We used both A & B units to form a 3 bedroom condo for our extended family of 4 adults and 2 children. The area is quiet, well maintained, and close to all of North Kauai's best snorkeling beaches (Tunnels, Ke'e, Hideaways, Princeville)

The place was great. The house was very nice and clean and lots of room for everyone. I even slept on the fold out couch and I slept great!! The pool was nice, the hot tub was hot and the kids had a lot of fun, and we had a BBQ 2 nights. I would recommend anyone to stay here. If I come back to Kauai I will definitely stay here again. I hope you will have a fun time like my family and I did. Mahalo

We had an amazing time. The only thing I would do to help out the renters is to keep a "COMMENT NOTEBOOK" in the condo for each person to fill out. I think we could have given some great ideas to the next person in terms of trips we took, helpful hints, inexpensive restaurants etc.... It would have been nice to read what other people wrote and use their insight to help us on our visit there. Other than that, it was GREAT!!

Hi Karl, We returned to NJ just six days ago. Our trip to Big Island was very interesting: volcanic eruption, Astronomic Observatory... But we miss Kauai, its beauty, its beaches and mountain veiws. We want to go back as soon as possible and stay again in your studio. The appartment is very clean, cosi, comfortable, and very well equipped. It is close to beautiful beaches (I recommend Anini beach for your future tenants!)as well as to supermarket to fill in a huge refrigerator. Thank you, Karl, and keep in touch, Natasha and Victor.

We had a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. It is in a great location close to Hanalei Bay and the beautiful Princeville Resort where I would highly recommend visiting for a cocktail on the verandah as the sunset sets. Simply stunning. Thanks for a thoroughly comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time. The Studio was great. Having a full sized refrigerator made it wonderful. Pick up a little cooler and you are set for any day trip. We put 700 miles on the rental car in 7 days. There is so much to see and do. Use the guidebook in the room to plan your trips.

Hi Forer family, your studio is all the two of us needed with the fridge and microwave and coffee pot. It was the right size and the right price for sleeping and showering. The Sandpiper Studio is in a great location in the Princville Community on the North Shore. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Hawaiian decor and comfortable and clean accomadations made us feel "at home" while enjoying Kauai. The Sandpiper Studio was a perfect retreat and we highly recommend staying there.

A small but great and clean place in exclusive princeville community. Great for a couple who wants to explore the north shore, only minutes to hannelai bay and beyond. Great community pool/hottub with bbq, but cook early because the common area does close at 9pm.
