Welcome to our Canmore Rocky Mountain Retreat, located an hour's drive by divided highway from Calgary. Canmore is nestled in the Rocky Mountains just outside the entrance to Banff National Park.Canmore offers world class outdoor recreation activities - five renowned golf courses and four challenging ski hills are located in the area.
Our home is a five minute walk (400 meters or 4 city blocks)from downtown Canmore with its unique shops, restaurants and pubs. Enjoy the million dollar panoramic view of mountains from our vaulted ceilinged, open area living area, or from either of our two decks. Wake up and look out your vaulted bedroom window to the sight of the sun shining on Three Sisters mountain range and start your morning with a steam in our double steam shower. Enjoy the luxurious surroundings while you plan your day: participating in any of the wide selection of outdoor activities in Canada's Rocky Mountain playground, browsing through Canmore's eclectic shops or snuggling up with a good book and a glass of wine.
And at the end of your day, try a delicious soak in the two person soaker tub for your tired muscles! Throw a steak on the barbeque or whip up something more exotic in our fully equipped kitchen while your friends enjoy a drink seated at the granite topped island. Light up the remote controlled fireplace and share your day's highlights around the comfortable dining room table. And when its all over and you tire of watching movies on the high definition television set, tuck yourself in to your choice of three down quilted, pillow-topped king size beds or one queen sized Murphy bed.

Why the Owner Chose Canmore
With easy access to Calgary via double lane divided highway, we can escape to the mountains on very short notice. Sometimes we will drive up in the evening after a movie in town or after an other social event. Waking up with the view of the sun shining on the mountains eases the tensions and revitalizes the soul. We enjoy the easy walk to town for coffee or dinner or just browsing the shops. And we are a short distance from the river pathway system with its myriad of scenic walking opportunities.
