Adorable remodeled historical beach home. The home has a queen size bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. Cool ocean breezes and fans keep the home comfortable on warm days.
Open the dutch door and smell the Pacific Ocean. A cozy fireplace and central heating for cool evenings. Tastefully decorated to give you a beachy feel. Front yard is fenced with tropical landscape and grassy area.
Just steps from the ocean and pier. A less than 5 minute walk to the downtown historic district with shops and San Clemente's finest restaurants. Bike, jog or walk along the newly constructed beach trail. Walk to Fisherman's restaurant on the pier and watch our amazing sunsets.
San Clemente is famous for our incredible surfing spots including Trestles and San Onofre. Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach are just a short car ride away.
We are conveniently located approximately 25 miles south of Orange County Airport. Within an hours drive and you can find yourself at California's finest amusement parks (Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park).
