EUPHORIA Beach House in Kihei, Maui Hawaii is 4 minutes from the world famous 5 star Wailea Resorts. This direct beach front, romantic and private 3,000 sq ft newly constructed home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
This home gives a couple the luxury and romance desired on a honeymoon or wedding vacation. It is also perfect for the family. Every door and window opens to a garden setting. Entering this property with the private garden and lava rock waterfall immediately puts you in a tropical Hawaiian paradise.
You feel like you have arrived in paradise with chirping birds, palms swaying in the ocean breeze and the smell of the Pacific Ocean. Few properties in the the world give you this indoor/outdoor tropical paradise experience. You have fantasized about it, and will remember it forever.
You are greated by the concierge upon arrival.
We explain all the functions of this state of the art home and answer any questions you might have regarding the Maui experience. We have put together a book “Our Picks” that will give you an insight into the island that can only be achieved by living on the island for many years.
Whether you have little children, adults or seniors this unit is recommended for all.
We offer an early arrival package that allows you to select grocery items, or select from our favorite wines. Your selections will be stocked in the kitchen upon arrival. The home has two flat screens, fax machine and I-Pod port.
All baths are reminiscent of a spa. Each bath has bathrobes and luxurious towels.
The master bedroom is directly on the ocean with a king bed, soaking tub and state of the art body jets and rain shower heads in the bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with the windows opening to one of the outdoor gardens. The in-bath suite has a custom marble soaking tub. The third bedroom has the option of being utilized as a den. It has 2 queen beds and a sitting area. This room is very large at approx. 700 sq. ft. Its doors open to a private tropical outdoor garden.
This home was professionally designed. It has the most expensive and comfortable mattresses and has fine European bed linens.
The 150 feet of ocean frontage is the perfect spot for a family reunion, or safe place for children to play. The ocean at this locale does not have waves. It is a protected reef perfect for kayaking and snorkeling, swimming and long long walks.
The difference of vacationing in a home with your own private beach is exponential compared to any other accommodation. Imagine walking in and out of the house to your private beach without having to walk 10 minutes to your room. Imagine sitting in the living room, or at the dining room table, or in the master suite watching whales. Waking up first thing in the morning and pulling your kayak into the water and being surrounded by giant sea turtles is an experience few get, and all will remember for a lifetime.
South Maui is famous for its sunsets. There is no spot more magnificent to watch the big orange ball plunge into the Pacific than this serene, private beach.
The home is located within walking distance to restaurants, movie theatres, Starbucks, grocery stores, scuba diving and snorkel dive shops. It is a 15 minute drive from Kahalui (OGG) Airport to the property.
