We invite you to come and enjoy a cool tropical drink on the veranda while taking in the magnificent sunsets and cool ocean breezes – or maybe you can catch a glimpse of a whale or two as they pass by. An afternoon at the beach or by the swimming pool can also recharge your batteries – then take advantage of the many night-time activities by dining at one of the great restaurants nearby – or perhaps, enjoy the rich Mexican culture at one of the night clubs or the local town center. A 5 star spa, a boat marina, and many other amenities are also within walking distance.
The owner originally sailed down the Pacific Coast from California in search of paradise and then fell in love with this charming condo and its fantastic view. This condo is inside a gated complex and is very secure. You don’t need a car if you are staying here. It is located on the Las Hadas Peninsula – right in the center of Manzanillo and close to everything by foot or cab. The condo overlooks the famous La Audiencia beach that is considered by most people to be one of the best beaches on the Mexican Rivera.
This one bedroom, one bath condo has been renovated; it includes new furniture and polished marble floors throughout. The architecture is designed with classic Spanish style that is reflected inside and out with arched windows, shutters, and other distinctive accents. There are two double beds in the main bedroom and a futon couch in the living room. The kitchen utensils are new as well as a great Weber gas BBQ on the balcony. The condo comes complete with linens, a full kitchen, and once a week maid service.

My wife, daughter and myself spent 2010-2011 New Year's at this property. It is very small but cosy, has the necessary items and is very well located. Jim and Beverly who manage the place are great people to deal with and very helpful. Always willing to tend a hand or point you in the right direction. I would stay here again and again... The beach is very close (2 blocks) and the view is quite nice. You are a little ways from the Las Hadas Marina (10 minute walk) where you can shop and eat a feast! Definetly a place to consider on your next vacation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
