We welcome you with the 'Aloha Spirit' to our listing! Our family owned Resort Style Home on Maui features 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, pool & spa, 2 car garage, a large covered and open air lanai, a family/bonus/game room, luxurious marble and limestone flooring throughout and sweeping ocean views.
The master bedroom has a king bed and views of both the ocean and Haleakala. The guest bedroom with the queen bed has beautiful ocean and garden views and the other guest bedroom with the double bed has lush tropical views including our favorite red bamboo palm. The large family/bonus room has a game-table and also accommodates sleeping with a queen sofa/sleeper and features beautiful inset lighting in the game room area.
The pool and spa are also designed with a resort style flair and the pool has a spectacular 'rainbow light feature' that sweeps the circumference of the pool ready to engage nightly at dusk with the push of a button. For your convenience, the pool area also has an outside shower and bathroom.
The upper kitchen and dining room has a pull-up dining counter and every amenity you can think of for the comforts of a 'home away from home' and spills out onto a large beautiful Lanai with a BBQ through an 8' sliding glass door with more sweeping ocean views that overlook the pool & spa area.
The three tier landscape displays lush tropicals of five different species of palm trees, red and white ginger, plumerias, hibiscus and red bamboo palm. It is designed with the essence of Hawaiian beauty to lead you throughout the scenery with the Maui tradition of lava rock walls.
Our Resort Style Home is an extraordinary find. It is a 'walk to beach' property and is minutes to all the other amazing and world famous South Maui beaches such as Makena and Turtle Bay, fine dining, shopping and some of the best snorkeling on the Island. For 'beach goers' we have all the equipment you will need including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, picnic baskets, beach umbrellas, beach towels and even fishing poles!
